another useful 11 frame low punish is FC DB 1+2, it's a throw so it only works on standing recovery making it similar to the 12f punish but you get uf 43 (f) 2 which does 43 damage for the full combo which even compared to her 13f is 11 extra damage if there's no wall. There's also some weird interactions I've been finding with the uf 1 wall splat: you can do b 212 for 52 damage total but you can do another b 212 which will only partially hit doing 59 or 65 damage depending on which parts hit so yeah potentially a 60-65 damage 10f punish when your opponents at the wall
4:33 are you saying that if they do a minus 12 low and you choose to do your 12 frame punisher whether its 1,1 or 1,4 they can either duck 1,1 or just duck the first hit then stand block 1,4? cuz if so thats crazy.
They need to be in crouch position for it to whiff and yes since the first hit misses, they will have enough time to recover therefore 1,4 won't connect as well. If they are standing, both will hit!
My go to Julia guy is now my go to Jun guy hahaha! Funny seeing that we both switched from Julia 2 Jun, but if Julia comes back Ill be leaving Jun in less than a second XD
About both self inflicting 10 frame punishers (the high and "special" low ones): I can't find info about the exact points of damage they deal to you so, are they worth when not near wall? Should I use not self inflicting but much less damage punishers instead? Thank you :)
The game doesn’t tell you that weirdly enough. I think she deals like 15 chip damage to herself. They are important even in the open, you can run to them and do mix-ups afterwards. Is it necessary? Not really. The high one got nerfed so you don’t have any option afterwards. I don’t use them all time. You can choose to get the pressure going with the other punisher instead!
This is really helpful for a beginner! Seeing that wall splats are apparently really strong on Jun, do you have any resources for learning how to do wall splat combos?

I think it's how stupidly safe her high reward launchers are. d/f 2, 1+2 is mid, leads into an 80-90 damage combo and even more with the wall, and is just -9 on block. She also has a lot of guard crushes that put you very + on block. Her 10f jab punish doing 36 and leading to the ozikeme mixup shown in the vid, and near the wall getting 70+ is bonkers.
Reldan explained quite well. Not having 15 frame launcher seen as a bad thing most of the time but Jun can mitigate it! I only played Jun and Zafina so far lol I will stick with Jun most likely for guides cause I played her both in Beta and Network test.

Give the block punish training in training mode a try, select the character who is causing you issues as the opponent

She does have a counter hit punisher for rage arts with df 4, it's 13 frame startup and always launches for a full combo in this specific situation

Jun can't launch a blocked RA but d/b+1, 1, 1+2 is strong enough to finish the round
