+DistrictDriver Thank you, I really appreciate your comment. A lot of work goes into these videos, but I'm still trying to think of ways to improve on what's been done before :)
Thank you for taking the time and trouble to make this video. All of my trains and locomotives have a combined throttle/break slider on the HUD except for the class 90.
Nice video Pete. This is the most enjoyable locomotive to drive in the sim in my opinion. So much detail and the sounds are fantastic. It would be amazing to have all trains and locos at this standard.
+William Mankelow Thanks Will. It really is a very enjoyable loco to drive, and beyond looking and sounding good, it seems to have the right 'feel' for a loco. I do wish that all trains were indeed made to this high standard!
Hello again. I have re-discovered your amazing range of guides and other videos; and yes I also begun to like the Class-90 locos. I don't have enough activities for them.etc. I have never been good at creating my own. Anyway, once again you have a huge range of very informative videos. Well done. Jack.
Man I had no idea you did the train guides - I have been watching your route learning ones but just came across this today. Going to have to search out the rest of these. All the best mate Cheers Jim
Great video! Do you know if there’s a way to drive the loco more simply as I am not very experienced and find the complex startup procedures very difficult?
It's kinda disappointing that the Virgin Pretendolino livery has removed from Armstrong Powerhouse site. But I don't believe why the Virgin Pretendolino livery has finally available on Major Wales site. Not only that, the Major Wales' Virgin Pretendolino reskin features the custom passenger view patch on Standard Class (Coach A) which is quite cool.
super video, i cant seem to get the virgin patch to show up on my trains i've downloaded the Realistic branding patch and still no luck, any ideas what it could be?
+ptgrail you mix up the sncf and scnb once up the blue yellow one is the sncb one and the gray orange is tthe sncf ons the scf one is based on an sncf sybic scheme and the sncb one is based on the sncb class 27/21/12
I realised that afterwards. It seems they were listed wrong in the scenario editor and I didn't pay enough attention to the liveries themselves to realise my mistake lol XD
Hey no problem I realy do enjoy watching your video's. My wife works for a train company as a conductor and she says that you simulater game play is so realistic to the actual job. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to watching your next episode. Could you possibly do one from Liverpool lime street. That is my wife's main depo.
You are indeed correct. Which means they are listed wrong in the scenario editor or else that mistake wouldn't have happened lol. I shall add a caption in to correct that :)
+yannick jacobs Indeed, three Class 90s were painted in special commemorative liveries - with SNCB and SNCF being two of those liveries. It was to celebrate an event in 1992. The locos themselves never operated in Belgium or France.
+Checo They probably keep tripping because they are made for Europe: They'll keep forgetting lunch and then try to go down to the pub but trip when they have to go over the fence next to the railway line. You've just heard me talking absolute rubbish in the RUclips comment section.
PTGRail The reason why I got missing texture is that I don't own the route or the AP42 scenario pack. There are alternate reskins from BHReskins and UKTrainSim at least.
+BollocksUtwat This isn't from any particular scenario. It's a collection of footage from lots of scenarios. At the very end where I started driving, I was using one of the scenarios which comes with the Class 90.
If you watch this video right through, I explain the full startup procedure. Hopefully that will shed some light as to why you haven't been able to get it to move before. :)
+PTGRail by the way i did have a great day however no one was at home i had to go to Chiswick going through hyde park, knightsbridge, and Oxford circus the route i took was 86 , 25, 205, 27 to Chiswick and back i took 27, 10, 25, and 86:)
So detailed! Thanks for your efforts.
+Jingyu Park Thank you, I really appreciate it :)
Yay! It was worth the wait Peter! Another well-produced, informative video. You are the undisputed master of this type of vid!
+DistrictDriver Thank you, I really appreciate your comment. A lot of work goes into these videos, but I'm still trying to think of ways to improve on what's been done before :)

Bashed the pretendolino eus-bhm quite a lot, shame it stopped. Was always a good turn out!
5:41 Hint It's an Partnership to EWS before Class 92 took over ScotRail
5:57 that wasn’t called parcels Red, it was the livery of RES (Rail express System)

Thanks, I'm glad you like my videos! It seems there's some new ones coming very soon after taking a year out :)
Man I had no idea you did the train guides - I have been watching your route learning ones but just came across this today. Going to have to search out the rest of these.

Great video very detailed! it makes me want one but I can't download anything anymore
+Somerset Train Spotting Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video. :)
Great video! Do you know if there’s a way to drive the loco more simply as I am not very experienced and find the complex startup procedures very difficult?
I used have Class 90s when I used to work the Caledonian Sleepers.
Excellent tutorial on the class 90 for us beginners. Thank you.
It's interesting seeing the heritage of such brilliant locomitives. Great video.
Another first class video from you Peter full of useful information.
+Tony Lancaster Thank you Tony, much appreciated! :)

Just bought the steam version of the class 90 and I watched your videos before to get the idea of setting it up. 😁
Will you get the 90/Mk3 DVT AP pack?
@@MatthewK421 I will soon
Thumbs up for that, I absolutely love the horn for it 👍🏻
are you ever going to do rail terminal/rail depot guides???
The loco livery you said was sncf is the sncb/nmbs livery
Great Video, could you suggest any good routes which I can use the class 90 on ?
+ptgrail you mix up the sncf and scnb once up the blue yellow one is the sncb one and the gray orange is tthe sncf ons the scf one is based on an sncf sybic scheme and the sncb one is based on the sncb class 27/21/12

+PTGRail. No problem:) nice video's on you'r channel!
Ben De Lathouwer Thank you, Ben. Much appreciated! :)
+PTGRail, I wonder when they'll be replaced by new trains.
I was wondering, were do you get the 3D tracks and gner mk4 and dvt from?

Oopsie: dubbed the SNCB and SNCF liveries in the wrong order, teal and yellow is the SNCB livery.
You are indeed correct. Which means they are listed wrong in the scenario editor or else that mistake wouldn't have happened lol. I shall add a caption in to correct that :)
I think their still used on the GEML between London Liverpool Street and Norwich.
They are indeed :)
Brilliant video!
+TGArail Thank you! :)
How did you get virgin branding on the class 90 and DVT? And pretendolino livery?
Do Glasgow to oban because the hype of football because rangers won the old firm derby have you ever heard that rivalry before
impressive work..well done!!!
Thanks! :)
When are you next going to release a video as i haven't seen any new in a long time.
They can also work with mk4 DVTs
Really helpful video! Thank you very much for making that!
+Shawn Bickel Thanks, glad you found this video helpful! It took ages to put together! :)
You got the SNCF and SNCB liveries the wrong way round, the orange was SNCF and the blue was SNCB, but you said the opposite. Otherwise, great video.
I realised that after I'd made the video. Doh! :p
***** Go away, get you're account fix since there are no coins or stars in train sim you pathetic moron
I'm very impressed with you
Thank you! :)
These are fantastic.
I love that I can use an electric locomotive and not listen to an electronic voice saying Zugbeeinflussing.
Love trains and love your videos :) great work!
Thank you Leo, I really appreciate it :)
nfcb is the French word of the Belgium NMBS, why was thaire a Belgium livery in britten? because i live in belgieum.
+yannick jacobs Indeed, three Class 90s were painted in special commemorative liveries - with SNCB and SNCF being two of those liveries. It was to celebrate an event in 1992. The locos themselves never operated in Belgium or France.
+PTGRail yes i know because we have heare an other curant en safety systhims. thanks for the info (sorry for bad english)
Nice video, very helpful.
Thank you :)
I can't put off the alarm of if I put the reserver forward, who can help me?
Cool
Class 86s and 87s can sometimes run the sleeper!
+JDB158 Isn't that because the 92s can be so unreliable? Lol :p
+PTGRail The 92s keep tripping everything
+Checo They probably keep tripping because they are made for Europe: They'll keep forgetting lunch and then try to go down to the pub but trip when they have to go over the fence next to the railway line.
You've just heard me talking absolute rubbish in the RUclips comment section.
ScotRail had Class 86s 87s&90s when I worked the Caledonian Sleepers.
Very nice video! Try some loco,s from the Netherlands?
+marco honders Do we currently have any Dutch locos or routes for Train Simulator?
Try christrains.com
Would you mind doing a train guide for the FEF-3?
+SmeagolPlaysMC I will consider it for the future :)
PTG Do A class 377 train guide😯
What is this for?
I have the class 90 from Steam and the one from Armstrong Powerhouse yet I can only play in the Steam edition.
6:39 How did you get that Abellio Greater Anglia logo? I only have the old logo.
+T/B/T SimPlayer I got it with the Wherry Lines add on from AP. :)
PTGRail The reason why I got missing texture is that I don't own the route or the AP42 scenario pack. There are alternate reskins from BHReskins and UKTrainSim at least.
+PTGrail where can I get the scotrail Caledonian sleeper Reskin
+Profarmer267 I think the coaches come with the Class 67 which is available on Steam.
Where can I get the Caledonian sleeper coaches
+Hacker 400 They come with the Class 67 pack available on Steam I think.
How do you get the branding? How
It came with a branding patch which is free with the train from Armstrong Powerhouse.
hmmm appears that there is no wiper button/control
haha ok scratch that..i found it

+cruzbohy Haha, enjoy! :)
+PTGRail could you do a Reading to Paddington stopping service sometime?
+PTGRail despite you get the differnt liveries with the AP class 90 i prefer the unbranded steam one
Pete, You know there's a fix for that WCML North track? I'll send it to Your messenger mate ...j
Thanks, John. I didn't realise, but it would be much appreciated :)
Can you do a class 58 please
+Euan 6161 I don't yet have the Class 58, but I will certainly make a video on it in the future.
Wow the old livery
+Funnel 5.0 TV Lots of old liveries in this video :)
Which scenario is this?
+BollocksUtwat This isn't from any particular scenario. It's a collection of footage from lots of scenarios. At the very end where I started driving, I was using one of the scenarios which comes with the Class 90.
PTGRail I was trying to find which one you were driving in from the depot but I somehow couldn't figure it out.
Pretendolino LOL
Anyone Heard R2-D2 near the end of the video?

my class 90 won't move when I want to play it on train sim
If you watch this video right through, I explain the full startup procedure. Hopefully that will shed some light as to why you haven't been able to get it to move before. :)
