I find watching this channel makes me relaxed. I appreciate the time they take to prepare and cook , with care, their meal. Our culture in North America is for the mom to race after work, pick up the kids from school, run them to their after school activities , race home, often microwave something, or cook fast and furious while getting the laundry started and walk the dog. I look at this relaxed, caring , involved and calm atmosphere of just getting a meal ready to enjoy together. I feel cheated . I want this simple life.
