Iske andar bahut sara syrup bhi hoga, best part h ki ye bina chemical ke banaenge, chemical matlab hydro ya rangkat. Aur haa bahut jald ban jaati hai sirf 10-15 min me wo bhi without yeast

Jalebi ke ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup / 125g
Urad dal powder - 4 tbsp / 40g
Ghee - 20g
Eno - 1 1/2 tsp
Pani - batter banane ke liye - 3/4 cup se kam
Sugar - 500g
Pani - 1 cup
Oil/Ghee - fry karne ke liye
Kesar Pista- serve karne ke liye

Made this yesterday. It came out so nice and crisp. I actually made the whole thing in 30 mins total. And it stayed crispy for good 3-4 hours. First attempt Mai iti achi bni.
