81. Babies of the 80s w/ Steve Jones, Concert Pipeline

Steve Jones from the Concert Pipeline podcast recently flew out to Seattle for the SoCo show and had a chance to sit down with Andrew and Josh for an interview. We talk about his experience, we discuss one of Andrew’s first ever recorded songs, and we touch on a lot of pop culture references on this one. Steve even asked Andrew to tell us a bit about this song, so we have some audio from the interview to hear from the songwriter himself! Let’s take a trip back to the 1980s! That Owl City song definitely makes me think of Babies Of The 80s, as do other callback songs such as 40 oz Dream by Good Charlotte, Back To The 80s by Aqua and 1999 (I Wanna Go Back) by Vengaboys. Presumably they are all also fans of Andrew’s early songs ❤
