What a treasure (hug) for our friends who are receiving medical treatments or who have recently experienced tragedy in their lives! A prayer in every stitch
Making this now as a Christmas present for my 75 year old mum who can no longer get about due to mobility issues so she gets cold this is perfect as she can wrap herself up to keep warm.
Hello Craig, Your Arbor Shawl was the first thing I crocheted a few years ago when I found crochet on RUclips! I generally create my own designs, but I think this one will be a nice evolution from when I first met you - thanks for sharing!
❤❤❤In addition to being beautiful, this was fascinating. It was like watching a tree grow before my eyes! I have never seen the structure of a shawl emerge in quite this way before. My cup runneth over with a wealth of patterns (I watched a Bag-o-Day vid also!). Looking forward to Part 2. Thank you, thank you. 😊
I ordered the yarn. My favorite patterns have pineapples or pinecones. So I can’t resist. All my patterns I have made using #10 thread. So now I’m going back to yarns. Thank you. The colors and pattern are perfect. 😊
Stunning! I was brave enough to follow along with a 3mm hook and a sock yarn! Alize Diva Batik Design Color 7399 ( veragated pinks and greens) Can't wait for part 2 :) Thank you so much
Gorgeous shawl, thanks Craig! 🧶❤️🧶❤️🧶. I’m thinking about using Lucky brand bamboo yarn in the colorway of Dijon. It’s a heavier yarn and will work great with this…thank you!
I plan on using this foundation to make a lacy heart wrap. I will need to change the heart pattern to top down. Thank you for the inspiration. I'm going to use big twist twinkle in the color Mulberry wish me luck. Can't find it out there so this is my first attempt to design, with what I've been inspired by
I just stop the project I was working on to start this. It's so lovely. I am using Hobbi butterfly DK yarn with an H hook and it's looking awesome. Thank you so much. I love you and your crochet tutorial. You are such a great teacher. Where can I send a donation in appreciation of your work.
Thank you, great idea, I have some of the same yarn. I knew I wanted to make a beautiful shawl with it. Now I know what I'm making!!!!! Thank you, great tutorial.😍
Dude, I’ve been looking at your thumbnail for several days trying to figure out what it is. I finally realized rhe issue. Your walls look to be the same hue as the yarn…one gets lost in the other. Def need different background.

Literally just picked up mandala yarn and came to your page and found this! Love it. Thank you for everything you do.
Every time I want a stitch that challenges me, I come to you and you never let me down.
This is the shape of shawl that I love for cold nights at home. I will likely be making this one.

Ooo! That's a stitch pattern I've been thinking about trying! The fact that you made it into a shawl makes me want to try it now! ^_^

Oh wow yay. Wrap around shawls are my favorite ❤️. The concept is similar to your wrap around granny shawl, which is equally beautiful and clever ❤
You're so clever! ❤ your brainstorming 🧠💪🎉 always produces awe inspiring projects! Thank you Craig! 😊🙂😊
It is absolutely stunning. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. I truly appreciate you.
I just finished the arbor poncho in green tones. I might have to make this in rust tones. It is such a beautiful pattern.
Beautiful shawl ❤❤❤
Lovely! You’re a genius! I think I would use a mandala cake for my yarn! I haven’t decided which color I will pick yet! Thank you!

Delightful shawl . Happy Fall.
Mercy! Those "into the chain 3 ends" with a DK are killing me and it doesn't help that my Skinny Cake started out with a dark navy blue! 😂😭
Ha! I didn't even realize it was a dk yarn until I saw your comment. I was thinking it was the lightest worsted weight I've worked with.
Just started this with Fiori iv DK in Snow Gum. I’m using a nearly matching Letto hook as well.

You’re welcome u can open it on camera
What crochet hooks do you use? They so pretty and look more ergonomic then the ones I use.
@kassianarevious7229 you can find them at LETTOworkshop.com They are my absolute favorite!
Have you ever made a a wrap with sleeves?
Can I use a regular yarn for this shawl
Francis Field
😍😍😍😍😍
How many yards of yarn for your size. I’ve been looking for something to make with the yardage I have.
The skein is 1,181 yards in a 3 weight. Had about a baseball size ball leftover.
Dude, I’ve been looking at your thumbnail for several days trying to figure out what it is. I finally realized rhe issue. Your walls look to be the same hue as the yarn…one gets lost in the other. Def need different background.
Would you share the size
Hi Craig did you get the envelope I sent you ?
