Also, on Valiona and Theralion as druid heals I'd try to not stand too far away from melee, helps with some of your aoe heals like efflorescence and most of the time so little damage is going out if you're in a bad place just swift or use stampeding roar as soon as breath starts. Closer you are less you have to run though and early on you only need to stack for meteor and when you need to spread for the aoe it's fine if people take a tick or two of the aoe damage.

You need a raid unit frame addon, like Grid2, Healbot. And Weakauras for tracking important buffs like Lifebloom & Harmony - since you need to keep these buffs up all the time. You also need DBM, but all classes need that.
