Robert Masterman The area is very pretty with some great views from the club site. The Stirling was going a lot better than the last video we made of it,I think it liked the steel rail better than the Alloy.Regards Chris.
She loved the steel rail it never slipped once..All the track is complete on the ground level,so you go around a different way to how we are in this video.we cannot wait to try the new track out.
***** A very busy weekend and my back is killing me! lol.Not as many running as we thought, this could be down to the Harrogate M.E show being held on the same weekend. But it was a good day out....Regards Chris.
***** It was very unusual, built by the guy driving and I think he called it a Deutz Steve. We both had a brill day but very tiring and then another run out to Wythall on Sunday,my back was killing me on Sunday night.LOL, Old age!!! Cheers Chris.
BillycanKay It was great Kay,the guys have worked really hard, but still a lot more to do.You will have to make a visit next year, bring Bond! Best wishes Chris.
wooltman Thanks for your thoughts of myself and Bond! :-)I wouldn't mind a 7.25 inch "VULCAN", so dismayed to learn of one of these being stolen from a property in Rugby. I will inform railway people around here, hope it soon gets recovered.
Sorry, I meant bankside. It's located at bra bridge garden centre in Winchester in Hampshire. You should be able to find the garden centre. It opens at May bank holiday then every weekend with steam. It is the ONLY 8 1/2 inch railway in the world is truly something special. It has a falconry next to it as well. I know it as its my nearest railway. Matt
A lovely rural setting Chris, the Class 20 looks great and that Stirling Single was very impressive...Bob
