  • We explored the Florida Panhandles Springs and State Parks. We started at the springs at Ponce de Leon State Park and Morrison Springs, a county park. We stayed in a cabin at Three Rivers State Park, visited Falling Water State Park and The Florida Caverns State Park. We ended our trip renting a kayak to paddle into Cypress Springs. It was an amazing couple of days.

I just stayed at Falling Waters State Park last week! Beautiful park but found the water fall like that as well. Nice campground. I'm surprised you didn't take MO but your cabin was nice too! Love watching your adventures!

We didn't take MO on that trip because we were coming off the river camping trip. It would have been nice to camp there though. Next time!

Sorry Amy but I’ve got to say it-“You’re a wimp!” You need to suck it up and get in that water. Once you are in you will get acclimated! Great trip! Thanks for sharing.

I'm a Local. It's an Awesome Spring.. FYI: go during the week & Get there Early. Many people confuse it with De Leon Springs, which is much, much further South..and 2 very different springs in very different locations in FL.. this one is Located in the NW Panhandle of Florida. Great Video Guys!🤘🌞🌴

Thank you!!! for sharing your experience in all of this springs ( definitely) bucket list . We has been in destin beach 🏝️ and for us unfortunately the beach wasn’t the best experience ( we didn’t liked at all.
But springs and also the cabin looks great 👌
    Thanks again 🙏

That was a great video featuring a part of Florida that we don't see many videos of. It has been added to our camping playlist so that we can quickly review it when we are in that neck of the woods. I thought you were moving up to the panhandle area on some property you had purchased? I think I missed an update or something lol.

We are still building our house but it isn't that far north. We hope to be done close to the end of December.

Marianna Caverns are amazing. There are caves all over NW Florida! So many are underwater springs! The light bulb reflectors originally for lanterns (ceramic bowls) in the ceiling are always so cool to see. Alot of history in those caves🌞

Cypress Springs is The Crown Jewel of the Area! Best to go during the week & early in the morning. The crowds are horrendous on the weekend during the summer!

Just found you guys and what a surprise. I grew up in Chipley and spent lots of time at Falling Waters and let me tell you not to be dissappointed in the flow at the falls. I lived there 18 years and only saw a nice waterfall once, it usually is just a trickle. My husband and I lived in Marianna several years and love the caverns. Merritts Mill Pond is famous for underwater cave diving and is great for canoeing. Loved the video.

(Annie) What a wonderful trip ! As a life long Floridian, I only thought there was "dark water" up in the panhandle, so, great to see those clear water springs. Too bad the waterfall was a bit of a dud, but considering we are in a draught, not surprised. Thanks for sharing these places, def inspiration for checking it all out. Yes, I hear the beaches and dunes are wonderful in that area, and bet great opportunity for some future camping. You guys rock, thanks for keeping it simple and real :)

I’m so glad you got to do Cypress. It is one of our favorites. Add Chipola river to your list. It’s at the caverns. The river has springs along the way and caves. Also check out Ecofina River !!! It is spectacular. At least it was before Hurricane Micheal. I haven’t been since then. And yes …. Do Navarre and Pensacola beach. Navarre is definitely our fav and is more low key. It’s where the locals go. Check out Fort Pickens campground. Try to get loop A. :). Bring your bikes !

Thanks for the recommendations. We will look into that campground. I believe we saw a bit of Ecofina River and it did look amazing. We will definitely need to plan another trip up there.

It’s a beautiful place i learned to swim there before it was a state park there was a diving board I waked out on it slipped and fell in over the big spring the video didn’t show them but there’s 3 springs there you can dive into two but one is way to small it’s a wonderful place I live north of Tampa now but I still go when I’m back home

The creek it runs into is Sandy creek its link going from 68 degrees to 90 degrees big difference fast Morrison springs used to be a dangerous place I think seven divers have lost their lives there my cousin is a professional diver and he told me he’d never dive their agin it dumps into the Choctahee River named after the chactow Indians which were in Alabama very fast current and red light clay Ponce de Leon springs ultimately empty’s there as well because sandy creek is a tributary into it

Hi guys, good to see your adventures. We tried the Tiny Twig in Branford. We had a lot of fun with the springs around there.
Not trying to sound weird. But we did see you in the grocery store. Not knowing what to say, we didn’t want to make it awkward.
