The part in this video about Cadillac is making clear communications with dealer and customer is an absolute lie. I have had a car on order for a year and a half and I have not heard 1 ounce Email phone call anything from either the dealer or the manufacture thousands of people have said the same thing they are terrible at communication
I’m not sure where Lyric Media got that “transparency and communication” BS, but has NEVER been true with the Lyriq and my dealer has said he is tired of the lies Cadillac has been telling him. He has just given up trying to get any information and just sells what he gets as they show up on his allocation sheet.
This site’s owner (Lyriq Media) has often been give over to hyperbole, but that statement is a downright fabrication.
And I'm hearing constantly about how there is less demand for EVs to where dealers can't sell them. Go figure!

kind of still accurate, I am going on 7 months and I had a 2023 order number that was pushed to 2024. Ridiculous the wait.

I will sell you mine., the problem. Is that is in the shop for the fourth time. Only 4,000 miles it was nice driving., but too much problems., I am going back to gas ., until they build them right., if they will.

Supposedly my Sport 3 missed the last train and it will be coming directly here when it finally does ship.
Cadillac nerfed the Lyriq by taking all of the key features out of the trims that didn’t exist when it first debuted. Supercruise, heated/ventilated/massage seats, and a powered moonroof are the reasons why you order trim level two or trim level three.
Right now their lots have a bunch of trim level ones and nobody really wants those.
Cadillac could have perfect products if they wanted to but they have done everything they can to undermine themselves. It’s almost like they enjoy being bankrupt. Meanwhile: BMW and Hyundai have superior build quality electric vehicles and are fielding them. Mercedes also makes better build quality but their cars are more expensive. The least deals aren’t the best.
When are you going to tell us that $1500.00 is more like $2200.00 for E V home charger.
