On the topic of pc exclusive elite trainer boxes: I think another benefit I heard is that it kind of guarantees that the cards inside are "first edition". In case that means something Mute point for me as I have no access to PC on my *continent*
Happy new year Michael. When I'm on a budget, I pick up sleeved booster packs. I've got art sets of Surging Sparks, Silver Tempest, Paldea Evolved and Scarlet and Violet. You can still get them for retail price (Big W and Target still have mixed 4 packs for AU$21) and are seeing good growth on the secondary market already. Already, all of those sets are above retail and the art set of Paldea Evolved is already 2x retail! As has already been commented, booster bundles are also good if you're on a budget, much like the blister packs.
I’ve gone hard into 151 tins. I think they will be a great little performer in the future due to the nostalgic art on the tin itself and of course the packs inside. I can see people buying them in the future as a collectors piece for the lower price when comparing against the other 151 products.

For example, I am seeing sealed sleeved blister cases (144 sleeved blisters total, equivalent to 4 booster boxes) and sealed 3-pack blister cases (72 sleeved blisters total, equivalent to 2 booster boxes) go for around 75% of their booster box equivalent. Does this mean they are significantly harder to sell or are these good deals since they are cheaper per blister?
The pokeballs are always overlooked and s&s is barely available on the Netherlands in the bigger shops. So now and than there is a 3for 2 deal and than the pokeballs are great to rip. But to stash them they are terrible haha. The stackable tin is a better solution.

Any collection box even champions path in say another 5 years will double i guarantee you that, look at any xy or sun moon set they are all up in value
Personally I think in the future you will see more sleeved booster packs tampered with as the sets get more valuable. A lot easier to glue cardboard back together and put whatever you want back into the cardboard sleeve then trying to reseal a loose booster pack where it will be a little easier to tell if it is re-glued or if the crimps have been tampered with.

There isn’t any good ETB’s left on there now imo. Twilight sold out last week. Brilliant stars and stellar only ones left that’s ok. Brilliant stars has 1600 reviews which must mean they’ve sold loads of them. Look at twilight and it’s 100-200 reviews. I’ve totally missed out stellar crown but it’s got some nice cards, the bulbasaur and squirtle are really nice.

What I bought yesterday from Pokemon center was silver tempest booster bundles, they’re still in stock. GAME still has the greninja UPC for £110 and GameStop In us sold out quick and then boxes are $220 already. So it’s an easy £50.
Is it only in Canada that the packs are cheaper in the build and battle box and stadiums? While still being sealed for safety purposes it makes more sense to save like 30-50$ per 36 packs getting those but i see what you mean about space.
I usually buy booster boxes, ETB’s and UPC’s. Yesterday I was on Pokémon center UK and realised they still have silver tempest booster bundles so I bought 25. Booster bundles are up there too imo, just behind booster boxes and ETB’s.
I bought some of those crappy V boxes (2 years ago) simply due to having evolving skies packs. Paid $17 CAD each. You also missed UPCs and booster bundles. They are especially important for special sets that don't have booster boxes. Edit: I missed this as someone commented below. Though you do mention UPCs perhaps it should be mentioned special sets, like 151, need to be factored into buying sealed products. Also I i just ordered a bunch of restock Brilliant Stars 3 pack blisters from the Pokemon Center. Great find but unfortunately they all came damaged in shipping. Cards are fine but cardboard is bent. Buying from PC is always a risk
Yeah they tend to give us huge boxes which allow the product to be moved about a lot. I find the more you order and maybe a plushie the less likely it is to be damaged.

I just really dislike Paldea Evolved. It's one of those sets that I'll just have to be ok with "missing" but I can't get myself to buy it when the cards are so bad and the main chase is a mid Magikarp.
Booster Bundles are also a great new Product. Fresh with not much price history so speculative but would place high for speciality sets!

I like the collection boxes and sleeved boosters they are usually last to go up if you're late to booster boxes or cant find etbs.
The worst thing about loose packs is the chance that they are leftovers from booster boxes that were cracked and a big hit pulled

Best bet is to invest in booster boxes primarily then etbs
