I constantly come back to this song every time my depression hits it's maximum. I cry almost every time. Even at the worst of days and feeling like literally giving up. I try my best to remind myself not to. I can't tell you how much or how many times I have came back. NO matter what, no matter what religion, what you identify as, orientation, ANYTHING, NO MATTER HOW HARD IT GETS. Everyone is loved in some way. Never forget. If you or anyone feels like that isn't the case, I hope you find the light one day. I know I need it a lot. I feel your pain. I’ve struggled with deep dark depression since I was a teenager. I’m 59 this year. The constant battle not to fall in that deep black pit is exhausting. When I get into one of those deep depressions, if I can make myself sing praises and worship the Lord, that can be a huge help and relieve my depression almost instantly. But it’s something g I’ve battle most my life. It’s hell. God bless you. I’ll be praying for you
