my favorite is the loads of chicken inside coolers with no way of keeping them cold besides the chicken carcasses themselves, and how there's about 8 coolers full that will sit in the sun all day until needed, and be brought back out again the next day if there's any left over. also how everything is prepackaged and each korean 'street food' vendor uses the same brand of prepackaged, precooked and sorted, chicken.
