    I went through a very traumatic situation, which caused me to break out in sever psoriasis. It was so disgusting and all over my body. My doctor told me it was stress and leaky gut (caused by stress), and I started to research everything. I have been super faithful to the tips, supplements and diet that Dr. Nick (and others) has recommended and my skin looks so much better.

      There are several suggestions for treating leaky gut naturally
      Eat a whole food, nutrient-rich diet that avoids foods which irritate the gut
      Make sure your digestion is working: You can follow an idea diet, but if you aren’t digesting food appropriately, it is not going to help.
      Find and eradicate underlying food sensitivities - eliminate a suspected food for a period of time
      Find ways to reduce and eliminate stress:eg Prayer, meditation, yoga, adequate sleep, and regular massage
      Consume gut healing foods and nutrients
      Balance your gut flora using appropriate amounts of fermented foods in your diet each day.
      Find and remove gastrointestinal infections
      Try the use of gut-irritating medications:
      Reduce exposure to environmental toxins
      Make sure you have enough sleep and avoid overtraining which are a form of stress to your body.
      (I discovered these and why they work from Richala remedy system site )

    Hypertension should be mentioned in this video too. My severe leaky gut causes severe hypertension, where no pharmaceutical drugs help. This was ALL caused my using NSAIDs for 8 weeks after giving birth. And, I can't gave callogen, gelatin, and L-glutamine. I now have hypersensitivities to every thing, even herbs.

      Update ?

    • @akasercea
      @akasercea Год назад

      @@awwyoumad It took 2 different doctors , the first one said everything was all in my head and wanted me on a diuretic since I was "overweight". I really wasn't overweight I just had SEVERE bloating ( For reference I was in the gym 5x a week 4x strength training 1x HIIT training; I'm a previously certified trainer). I was really convinced I had leaky gut and got a second opinion, the second agreed, took me seriously, and finally took the time to run tests. They put me on a "gut rehabilitation" diet that included probiotics, enzymes, and a diet that avoided any food sensitivities that we found after running an allergy panel test. Surprisingly the foods I was reacting to were not the ones I was allergic to which was why the doctor leaned towards a "rehabilitation method". A few years later and I rarely bloat, acne is completely gone, I don't break out in hives randomly, and my asthma actually improved. Your video really helped me advocate for myself otherwise I'd be on diuretics and would probably still feel severely ill constantly!

    Great video ! I have a question . I have ibs and am trying to heal my leaky gut . I’ve implemented L glutamine bone broth and colostrum to my daily regimen. It’s only been 5 days but my digestion already feels better . One thing I noticed tho was on day 3 I added probiotics in and I got a reaction . I read somewhere that you should wait until you heal up leaky gut before adding in probiotics, is this true ?

    • @Muuip
      @Muuip 5 лет назад +5

      My best guess is by higher gut permeability, probiotic (bacteria) supplementation raises the amount of bacteria that can "leak" into bloodstream creating a stronger immune response. So repairing gut permeability first, then introducing probiotics makes sense. Bacteries belong inside the gut to digest food, they don't belong outside the gut where they create immune response.

So i spent $30,000 getting crowns on all those teeth - that led to more problems. In the end I had a hair mineral analysis which showed up tin, cobalt. So you can call it what you like, hyper sensitiv, allergic, immune difficiency..etc. Some firm allergan prick test like milk, pollen etc have been documented. Even I avoid all that..I dont see any progress.
    Now..I am pre-assuming gut problem..fex. Leaky gut.

      He can't advise you to stop taking a med against doctors advice, and neither can I, but if you did decide to go off aspirin I hope you spoke with your doctor about extra monitoring of your health. Is the aspirin to prevent heart attacks due to high blood pressure, or prevent blood clots? If the former and no medication alternative given, diet is the best thing to lessen blood pressure. Research your options, but don't believe the diets that recommend "healthy carbs." None of them are, all carbs are inflammatory. Look into the keto diet. If for blood clots, make sure to consume a surplus of water daily, exercise a little bit throughout the day, even if just to walk a few minutes around the room, and research what foods you can eat that naturally thin the blood, and what amount is safe to consume. Whatever you do, remain closely monitored with frequent blood and blood pressure tests. I wish you luck and good health!
