While end of verse references aren’t unheard of, they don’t seem to be emphasized much and that’s unfortunate. But now, thanks to Thomas Nelson we have the KJV and NKJV both with the references at the end of each verse. This layout is not only convenient, but surprisingly noninvasive. I was pleased to read through and realize while the references are obvious, they do not interfere with the reading experience because of the natural layout of the verse by verse format. What a BRILLIANT use of the dead space left at the end of each sentence that normally is just there. The recently released NKJV End of Verse Reference Bible has gotten the Premier Collection treatment in the brown goatskin, but it also comes in very inexpensive economy options. Unlike the KJV End of Verse, this one is a double column, which makes the references even less invasive (although they weren’t really invasive at all) than the single column because they look so natural in the spaces of the verse by verse layout. My one wish, is that they would offer all their editions in black letter, sometimes red letter can be inconsistent and offset, and subject to glaring. But, the red letter in both editions is not bad at all, this is just a personal preference. Check the links below if you want one for yourself! I recently got this bible and I truly believe it is my the one. The references at the end of the verse is the best thing since sliced bread. No more hunting for them
I purchased this bible (Premier Collection) a year ago. Love it! The bible is very attractive, easy to read, and well constructed. I am always inspired to open and read it.
Mine is out for delivery today! I am so excited. I’ve wanted this in the Premier Collection since I bought the trutone over a year ago. I have older eyes, and usually need a larger font than the 10.5, but because of the line spacing and the boldness of the font, this one is very readable for me. Thank you for your review.
Thanks Tim! I’ve been looking at several of the NKJV premium Bibles. I have the WM verse by verse and love it. I also have a Schuyler Q in NKJV, but like the TN comfort print a bit better. And the verse by verse! Your reviews have helped me decide and I appreciate it so much! God bless!!
This would make a perfect preaching Bible. Large print, verse by verse, and it's not a giant floppy thing. I wish crossway would make one just like it. I don't know why crossway hates the verse by verse format.
I love this Bible. I bought the cheaper leather soft option and had it rebound long before the Premier was available. It’s a great all around Bible for daily use and study as well as in the pulpit for teaching and preaching because of its size. I’m a pastor and for me this Bible is what I’ve been looking for for a long time, if only it were available in black letter it would be perfect.
Unfortunately, this one does not have all the footnotes. But it’s great for meeting God in the text without many distractions. I use it for devotional reading/memorization. The single column NKJV premier does have the full set of notes but it is in black letter text and I find the text to be a little tight with the given margins.
I have the Deluxe Leathersoft version and the Premier edition is noticeably thicker due to the cover and 36gsm paper. It's still a great size to carry and the font is easy on the eyes.

Does it have darker numbers at the paragraphs?
Is there a lot of references?
I use this as my preaching Bible. Absolutely love it.

Para mi ese es el lugar perfecto para las referencias, justo al final del versículo.

Yay! It’s a nice one. I’m sure you will love it.
Simply the best Bible reviewer available! GREAT WORK! GOD Bless.

I have a Leathersoft version, and I thought the end of verse references would take a lot of getting used to, but I’ve found that I quite like it!
Very, very nice. I like the idea of end of verse references. Thanks Pastor Tim. 😊
Thank you so much for sharing, brother. God Bless 🕊🤍💛
I bought the thumb-indexed version of this Bible. I LOVE the text block, perfect font size and 36 gsm paper. It’s a good value as well.
Thank you brother. Nice and beautiful bibles. I will get one, I like the nkjv.

Thanks for your review. I have a similar Thomas Nelson NKJV bible open at this moment.
It’s really convenient.
I’m loving this Bible. Would be nice to preach from as well

Agreed. I’d love a black letter option.
@@anickelsworthbiblereviews What's everybody got against red letter?
Love Humble Lamb History
Tim, Does this edition have all of the nkjv footnotes?
Most of them have all the footnotes but not all the references. But I can’t say for certain, because they never state it clearly.

Except for the cover you can buy the exact bible from Walmart online for $39. I'm serious!
Man, only if this was black letter!😔
A bit too thick for church??
Not really. Depends on your preference.
