    I just purchased a 01 mustang gt. Had some nice upgrades. New pulleys, new belt, new tensioner, new power steering pump, new fluids, new spark plugs, accel coil packs, BBK cold air intake, new intake (replaced with another stock intake), New valve cover gaskets, new rear diff fluid and gasket, flowmaster exhaust, offset rear wheels, lowered on KYB springs, brakes feel pretty new as well. Mileage was a little on the high side (160k) but with all that done to it.. i thought 7k was fair. I also forgot, previous owner also replaced the seats with better leather seats. LED headliner light, LED headlights. A/C blows cold, Heat blows hot. No engine codes. I'm happy with the car so far.

    I hear ya man, that why I bought two. Back in 2006 I had a ‘99 Mustang GT and I loved that car. Super fun, and sounded great. Sadly the wife and I got orders to PCS to the UK for an “extended long tour” and since she (at the time) refused to drive a manual we both agreed to trade it in on something she could drive too.
    Fast forward to 2017. We are currently stationed in Utah and found a good deal on a 2004 Azure Blue Mach 1, so, since I missed the old GT (and the wife can drive a manual these days, thanks to our old MINI JCW) we bought the Mach 1.
    Fast forward again to 2022 and we sold our house and made more than enough cash to pay everything off, and we had enough left over that we bought an insanely built Torch Red Mach 1 that is built and blown to over 717rwhp and 663tq (according to the Dynojet).
    I made sure to hop on “Ford Show Parts” and got the official certificates for both cars that show their build numbers, build dates, production numbers as well as stating that they are in fact limited edition cars.
    We are leaving them to our boys once I croak. 😂
    By then, they will most certainly have gained some decent value, especially the blue one as it’s unmodified……just a cruiser.
    I do remember when we were stationed in Georgia (back from 2004-2008) the Fox bodies were easily no more than $5000 all day, every day. Of course there were some cheaper and obviously some that went for more.
    At any rate, the SN95 cars from 94-98 as well as the SN95 “New Edge” cars from 99-04 are quickly becoming sought after just as the Jeep YJ and TJ are also becoming the new “retro” Jeeps to buy and collect. I happen to have a 1955 Willys Jeep CJ5 and even those are starting to gain in value out from under the shadow of the CJ7 (as well as the old “Flatties”). Great video!! Enjoy your Roush!

      More like 30k to 40k for a low mile clean car. The terminator will be a 100k dollar car at some point. They are awsome though.

    I bought a 98 convertible gt automatic with low miles and 100% stock last summer. I’ve been considering a PI heads/cams/intake swap to make it more fun to drive. Now I’m wondering if it would be worth more in the future if I leave it stock? When I was looking for one, I passed on all the heavily modified ones.

    Why do you keep calling the 99/04 a new edge when it’s a SN95 which was made from 94/04!?😂

    • @mustangs-marketing
      @mustangs-marketing  Год назад +3

      Ford had a design language called 'New Edge' which came out around this time. it's a common nickname to differentiate it from the earlier SN95's, since the body style and performance are different.
