I grew up in Milwaukee and St. Josaphat's was the church and school I went to. I so miss going to mass there, if I ever go back to Milwaukee to visit, thats the first place I would go to.
A few years ago when I was up in Milwaukee for Doors Open Milwaukee(architecture open house every September), I did a visit to this church after visiting a few sites in the Bay View neighborhood to the east. Glad I did, since this was an amazing church to visit! And I'd always wondered about this church, since you can see its dome from I-94 which passes just to the east of here. Great vid!
The Basilica is not owned by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. It is owned by the Conventual Franciscans who took ownership in 1910, liquidated its enormous debt and accomplished the magnificent decoration we enjoy today. Take a peak? It's PEEK!
What a beautiful church, thank you for the video!

Great video. I have been to many great churches in the US and Europe but St. Josephat's ranks with the best!
