By listening to & applying this advice you agree to take 100% responsibility for all consequences. You agree to waive any legal recourse against Actualized LLC, Leo Gura, and Actualized.org staff. This is not medical or psycho-therapeutic advice. Leo is not a licensed therapist.
Warning: Spiritual work is inherently risky and dangerous if misapplied or misunderstood. Actualized.org teachings are not suitable for people with serious mental disorders such as: suicidal depression, schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar, drug addiction, or other psychiatric or medical conditions. Leo's teachings assume you have a stable mind and life. If your mind is dysfunctional or ungrounded, these teachings may lead to a deterioration of your condition and even suicide if misapplied. Self-help and spirituality are not substitutes for professional treatment for such conditions. If spiritual work is causing your life to unravel in unhealthy ways, discontinue the work until your mind has stabilized and you are safe. Actualized.org teachings are very advanced and can easily be misunderstood and misapplied. Nothing Leo teaches ever promotes physical self-harm. Any time Leo talks about “facing one’s death” he is NOT talking about suicide or physically harming your body, but rather ego-death and spiritual awakening. Never confuse these two things.
Warning: Psychedelics are inherently risky and dangerous. Only use psychedelics if you are willing to take 100% responsibility for the consequences. Do not take psychedelics if you are too young, too immature, on mind-altering medication, or if you have a mental disorder. By listening to Leo you agree that Actualized.org is not responsible if you misuse psychedelics and injure yourself or others. If you decide to use psychedelics you must exercise extreme caution and carefully follow safety protocols. Leo’s use of psychedelics is always done with extreme caution and attention to safety. Treat psychedelics like a loaded gun. Never use psychedelics chronically. Never take psychedelics in high doses. Psychedelics will not effortlessly solve your deep psychological problems. The less grounded your mind is, the more selfish you are, the harsher psychedelics will be on you. Psychedelics can create deep existential crises. Do not take psychedelics unless you love the idea of deconstructing your mind and reality.

Being yellow stage around blue stage is a horrible but we keep going life is more understandable this way
@@goldentome7653 I disagree. I'm orange/yellow and used to be in business with friends who had strong blue in them. While we eventually parted ways due to our incompatibility, I valued their work ethic and trustworthiness. That's chiefly why we split on such good terms and continue to be friends. There is a lot to learn from blue, those values form a strong foundation in life.
Always, flabbergasted that I can watch this for free online. It feels like im connecting myself to the source of ll intelligence. Infinite thanks for being the Middleman Leo 😏. I will forever be grateful for the profound impact you had on all dimensions of my life.
You are weak-minded.
I don't really care what any particular person BELIEVES. You may believe that there is an old man with a white beard perched in the clouds, that the Ultimate Reality is a young blackish-blue Indian guy, that the universe is eternal, that Mother Mary was a certifiable virgin or that gross physical matter is the foundation of existence.
The ONLY thing which really matters is your meta-ethics, not your meta-physics. Do you consider any form of non-monarchical government (such as democracy or socialism) to be beneficial? Do you unnecessarily destroy the lives of poor, innocent animals and gorge on their bloody carcasses? Do you believe homosexuality and transvestism is moral? Do you consider feminist ideology to be righteous?
If so, then you are objectively immoral and your so-called "enlightened/awakened" state is immaterial, since it does not benefit society in any way.
Incidentally, Slave, are you VEGAN? 🌱
Got it
I was liberal in the domain of psychedelics till I traumatized myself.
That taught me the conservative approach that I better be 120% sure, secure, feeling safe and grounded before I do them. It also taught me that I was too conservative about other approaches towards spiritual exploration, even though I already considered myself open to all approaches. Having traumatized myself taught me to value a safe and stable state of consciousness which is functional for daily survival, a stable routine, the value of looking out for each other and the value of family support.
Thanks for this episode Leo!
That's a good lesson.
As much as i dont like neil degrasse tyson, since no one can ever love him as much as himself, he did say something that i like recently which is that he doenst do psychedelics for the same reason yo suggested. the human mind is radically vulnerable. And so one must be as careful as possible in preserving it
@@deanmccrorie3461 I've seen that. I feel like it's more of racionalization to not do psyshedelics at all. He is closed to idea that psychedelic state is irrational, emotional, chaotic, unstable precicely opposite that you traditionally want in science so he fears it. At least what I got from a short clip.
True! I have had similar experience. I glorified psychedelics for a while after watching Leo religiously. I spent half a summer on LSD and payed the price. I had little family connection, and recently broke up with a girlfriend of a year (which was the only support I had) The only grounding I really had was school and computer games before that.
My "spiritual journey" with psychedelics, meditation, and self-help (which I despise now) was definitely more of an attempt to escape reality rather than face parts of myself I didn't like... I was met with psychosis. I had little to no grounding in reality. I couldn't hold a job or even speak to my immediate family about the way I felt, it was too frightening.
I felt like a dreadful emptiness. Complete alienation from the world. God, what a horrible feeling. I didn't realize it at the time but it was very traumatic. Not only was there psychosis, but went on to cause a lot of internal stress due to no stable routine or connection. I also suffered from an eating disorder, and crippling fear to speak out. I'm dealing with the effects years later. (cPTSD?)
I believe I have symptoms of borderline personality though I don't completely identify with the disorder. Sometimes I thought I was schizophrenic --- maybe I was to a minor degree (often heard voices, usually self-critical, that many times prevented me from going out, socializing, or even looking at strangers)
I'm studying psychology, on my second year. Immersing myself as a student which I must say has been a very helpful (and making connections on campus) as well as the ability to hold a job and to embrace the challenges that come with that. I now find myself thinking in an intellectual, insightful, solution-orientated way which is grounding in itself (rather than reacting cyclically to the stress and emotions, along with the blaming and shaming...)
I've ranted on long enough. I guess I really wanted to get this stuff off my chest. Thanks
@@DavedtheWay I'm sorry what happened to you, that sucks. But I'm happy that you are doing better.

Sounds like conservative mind symbolizes more masculine/ yang & externally motivated while liberal mind is more feminine/ yin/ internally motivated.
Always with deep masculine/ feminine breakdowns is an opportunity see where imbalances exist within me ❤ I always get so much value beyond the title with actualized content. Appreciate your insights so much- always so illuminating.

Leo, you should make a video on understanding the female mind (for men) and for understanding the male mind (for women).
That's a good idea.
That would be amazing.
I frequently get confounded by the behavior of women (and I'm sure the reverse is also true for women, of men's behavior). E.g they'll say they want me to do X, and then get angry when I do X, exactly liked they asked. And then I am like "what the f-". I am sure there is some reason behind all the oddities in their behavior, but it is difficult to wrap my head around or learn how to navigate through all their weird social trickery.
Leo Followed you for 8 years, I watch minimum 5 hours a week of your videos, We need more videos about Neuroticism, Health Less about American Politics, Many fans are from Abroad
I'm not from America, but I enjoy these videos a lot. I see aspects of my psychology and the psychology of my family and friends reflected in these videos. This is basically spiral dynamics in action, and seeing my weaknesses laid out through them helps a ton with eliminating self-deception. Try asking yourself: where do I see x in my life when watching these videos. You'll benefit so much more.

Balance.
Create strong structure and demonstrate (don’t tell them) how to treat people. Kids don’t listen, they imitate.
Allow them to explore within reason. Allow them to make some mistakes, but then ask them the right questions such that they can derive the answer and come to conclusions for themselves.
Have them try all kinds of sports and allow them to pick what they love.
Kids should be exposed to an abundance of opportunities, but working hard should be encouraged. Don’t give them too many free handouts. Let them work for it and allow them to develop self esteem through their efforts.
2:14:37 Leo points to something extremely true. In a recent group gathering drinking a very potent substance, I Iet my own mind to follow freely a tread of ideias that reached a point that suddenly the very chain of ideias started to get unconfortable and the heart started to pump as it just saw a tiger coming into your direction. I realized that Fear can really be a guide. Where there is a viceral Fear is exactly where you want your mind to go. There are ideias that your Identity don't want you to touch, is like fire, is like you are the Hunter and then suddenly you become the Prey.
Just take care of yourself; fear is intelligent
It's funny. With how you're describing the contrast between regimentation and exploration, it seems more and more apparent that each type depends upon the other. And perhaps, in a more perfect society, the regimented people keep the ship floating, while the explorers craft new adventures. IDK, I'd watch that movie.
Of course
I feel like regimentation has broken down in certain areas within Western society and when implanted in can be too harshly as a result of its general lacking. The regimenters would need to create an adequate gps for the explorers to understand the directions it wishes to take and what to bring back; allowing the two houses to work together.
Thank you for this episode Leo, this was very insightful and enjoyable to listen to. Amazing work!
Glad to see this. I've been both. Not a conservative anymore, but I couldn't have been one so long without caring about them. I don't enjoy being strawmanned now and I definitely didn't then. I'm serious about progressivism and would like to convince the people I left behind to see things from my point of view. That's never going to happen if we don't try to understand. I still remember how it felt.
Glad to see you’re still putting out good content!
Interestingly I scored very high in both conscientiousness and openness on the big five personality test.
I consider myself a liberal conservative.
God loves a good paradox.
There’s the good and the bad; discipline, for example is so important but may not lead you to where you should be. Guilt for one’s actions is preferable to shame. Accountability and law is more compassionate than is destruction. Honestly both world views are within ourselves and must be balanced and enacted.

you've so helped me find my purpose. thank you.. love how you keep up with current events. blessings..
One of the best episodes so far! Thank you Leo!
I’m a conservative who grew up in a third world country and immigrated to US as an adult and I find I literally can’t shake off conservatives values, it’s really like the world just doesn’t make sense another way so maybe there is such a thing as the conservative brain.
Luckily for me being conservative doesn’t stop me from relating to non conservative and I have no problem understanding why people think differently. I’ve noticed that one fundamental thing that differentiates the ideologies is how self definition is done. The liberal mindset is that you can be an individual on your own, you get to define who you are and even decide what’s best for you and somehow whatever you chose is right because you are true to yourself. Conservatives, especially religious ones don’t believe that. For example in my country when you write out your full name, it’s your last name and then your first name, and that’s significant because the social understanding is that you are just another branch in the family tree and you are defined by the society around you and that society has already figured out the most productive and beneficial way to live, and it’s your duty to learn it and embody it, so that the next branch in the tree is just as strong as the previous one. Strong families makes strong society so families creation and values are extremely important. Which is why conservatives really don’t are about rights that don’t benefit family creation, like abortion rights, transgender and gay rights and to some extent feminism.
Also conservatives don’t prize beliefs that are held for the sake of happiness because happiness is not a value to be chased because it too individual and loosely defined for anyone to spend their lives chasing that, you want to chase solid things that stand the test of your emotions and other whims.
I also notice that the liberal mindset does not ask “what happens if everyone does this” but will happily accept ideas so long as the person is happy whereas conservatives ask that question in their mind first and make their decision based on what they think will happen if everyone actually accepts a new idea.
Now imagine someone who really truly believes these ideals and thinks these way, how much do you think things like choosing your gender, being irreligious, being child free will make sense to them. It going to be VERY hard and uncomfortable.
Of course there are numerous holes in the conservative ideology and I thank God the entire world is not all conservatives but I did try to live my life liberally when I was in college in order to fit in and those two years where the most miserable and depressing periods of my life. I’m genuinely happier living my life as a conservative and I have no problem relating to others because I’m high enough on agreeableness to still relate well with others.
hey Leo, thank you very much for creating and uploading this kind of high value videos for free! I see that you have covered the teachings of a lot of teachers and teaching. Could you please make a video about your understanding of the teachings of Jiddu Krishnamurti?
Next Episode please about understanding the alien mind
It mostly wants to reproduce via hugging face and implanting eggs, or just running around and killing.
A couple things came to mind, one in particular stuck out to me. The more I listento your content the more understanding I seem to find about every day things. One thing that came to mind was a kind of conservative science.
When you talk about science you quite obviously are very open and so have a very different, I would say liberal scientific bent, whereas a lot of the science I see, and that you talk about, especially in the three part episode on deconstructing the myths of science. I guess that's why, when I first heard those episodes, I had a reaction against what you were saying, because I didn't fully understand what was truly being explained until now.
I've always attempted to try to understand why someone believes what they do, because I've always intuited that this understanding can lead to more compassion, less judgment, etc.
Still not sure that I'm right about this, but the more I understand, the more I find this to be true.
Of course. Scientists tend to be extremely conservative. They have to be because they are deathly afraid of any fantasy infecting their science. Go try to convince a scientist that you saw a ghost. He will shit his pants in fear. Not fear of the ghost, but fear of what it means for his scientific worldview.
Scientists must forever live in fear, because at any point some new phenomenon maybe be discovered which will wreck their whole worldview.
Hey Leo, great video. I was wondering if you had any updated thoughts on “shamanic breathing” if you think it’s a viable tool still, or perhaps you’ve developed other methods to achieve more efficient results with similar benefits?

Problem with acting tough is that there is always someone more tougher and violent than you are. This is something Tyson Fury learned in a hard way, when he lost a fight against Francis Ngannou.
Yup
Speaking as a radical leftist, this was so well done brother. A wealth of insight most of us are oblivious to.
It slipped by me that a mind itself can be conservative and that its not just a political ideology, very interesting, I will definitely be more mindful of where I am conservative in the future even though my political ideas are not. For example in my relationship I am conservative because I want to keep things comfortable and dont like it very much when my partner and I change routines or introduce new people to our social circle. Like you said it all boils down to safety and fear responses.
An important distinction to make.
War isn’t Moral or Amoral.
War is determining who survives.

Hi Leo and thank you for this new great episode. I am trying to find the " everything is exactly the way it should be " Episode. Can you please which one that is? Thank you
I could not be more thankful for this channel. A lot of Leo's followers tend to misunderstand and misuse these teachings (which is why I 100% support his decision to not have a dedicated discord server). I visit the blogs often but avoid the forums because in general I am trying to avoid the online space for social interaction. People often fall into bubbles and spring dumb ideas and opinions off each other. I myself am a bad example because I spend the majority of my free-time listening to leftist podcasts and it is not even because I am obsessed with the politics but because I feel connected to the personalities themselves and they have served as more of a 'comfort food' to self medicate my anger towards people I view as bigoted as well as of course my distain for late stage capitalism. I have wanted to gain a more nuanced perspective because of how heinous the right has become and it seems like more and more reactionary trolls have been taking over the entire internet. I tried creating a new youtube and purposely plunging myself into a right wing rabbit hole by listening to Tim Pool and Jordan Peterson but it ends up just making me more angry, so I have been avoiding it and focusing on building up my emotional intelligence before doing so. I really have a passion for gaining understanding for people as much as possible, and so this is the only channel I know of that explores this at a profound level and the lecture/speech template for his videos are perfect for ADHD peeps like me who can't stand the snappy editing and music in all of these 'self help' youtube channels etc. I do find a lot of Leo's videos about awakening and the more metaphysical stuff to be a bit over the top but the more practical stuff he creates are some of the best i've seen. I don't put this guy on a pedestal as some kind of 'god' of consciousness and wisdom, because in all honesty I find that pretty foolish, but we are all fools in the end, and that's the best lesson on life anyone can give.
Cant agree more. I feel like the forum can be a big waste of time and can confuse people even more.
@@shinzenyoung9888 I checked it out out of curiosity and it was disappointing. The biggest problem I really have with Leo's community is the psychonauts who spend the majority of their time tripping balls and not actually doing any practical work. They tend to take an incredibly arrogant stance on how 'enlightened' they are. Nobody is really more guilty than Leo in this aspect, and I really don't think it's good PR nor is it ethical according to his mission to tout yourself as 'God' and claim to be more enlightened than anyone else. It defies the very thing he so correctly points out about the ego and the mind. It plays tricks!! And to try and explain the unexplainable is by very definition impossible. I 100% understand the passion and urge to share it with the world but how far is 'too far'? For me, the fear of insanity is too strong and I know that I am not mentally ready for such a profound experience. Hell . Weed gives me full on terror trips and has nearly put me into psychosis many times, so upgrading to shrooms or LSD for me would be like a mental suicide.
I really hope I am able to have a strong enough mind to bare it one day. For now my passion is working on my life and growing my understanding for others, and I remind myself constantly that Leo is a human who does dumb human things and says crazy human shit but also teaches powerful human lessons.
@@objectiveperspective777 I See it like that too. I think Leo is actually a genius for producing that high quality content but that doesn't mean we should see him as a kind of enlightened superior being. He has his defects like everyone else has. And oh man 3 to 4 years ago I was so deep into that rabbit whole. Spending hours on the forum reading different threads and it didn't improve my life a bit. Maybe even made it worse in some aspects. I think Leo is aware of the way a lot of people are misusing the platform but maybe he does think it still provides some value. And Psychedelics are very powerful but you have to be very cautious too. They can even be misleading if you haven't matured enough psychologically. So I think classic Personal Development stuff would be sufficient for a lot of people at their stage of development.
Lets keep developing brotha 😉
It’s too bad that the channels with the most extreme/ flawed views get the most popular due to the algorithms. It makes it hard to see balanced thoughtful people who are beyond the left/ right BS. I feel like Leo and Russel Brand come pretty close to having unbiased thoughts (not perfect, but not hateful ever) I have blocked on all YT creators who are anger baiters.
I relate to your story of purposefully exposing yourself to right wing thinkers while being more generally aligned with the left. I did the same a few years ago, at first it was weird to me and annoying when I watched people like Jordan Peterson etc, but I realised it was often because they were saying something that deep down I knew to be true but couldn't accept because if I was to accept those things then I would die in a sense, my identity would die. And die it did. I went from a total hippie leftist to now what I consider a grounded middle where I'm just generally seeking to understand reality and to do so, this requires understanding all ways of thinking and perspectives. Which doesn't mean taking on all those different perspectives but being able to actually really listen to someone and really try to understand even when you don't agree with them. I have found that the intense emotional feeling that usually accompanies hearing something you really disagree with or feel that you "hate" has significantly reduced and I'm now a lot calmer and less hateful towards anything, including bigots, extremists, or perceived "evils". Because I understand that hateful energy is only serving to add fuel to the fire and not actually helping anything. Anger and hate are blind. I now purposefully make myself watch, read or listen to things that give me that feeling of "ugh this will really annoy me" because when that feeling comes I know my biases are growing too strong against something, in which case I need to challenge myself to push through the trigger. It's generally always rewarding because I learn so much and it helps me think.
Hello, what are your thoughts of mixing psychodelics? Any experience?
The balance between the conservative and liberal mind fascinate me. I think the situation dictates whether you should use more liberal/conservative approach. There's only one mix of those two which will create the most positive outcome for the society. For example in situation A you should use 20% conservative, 80% liberal. In situation B you should use 65% conservative and 35% liberal approach. Another thing is that in which time scale do we measure certain outcome to be positive? For example - we used 20%C and 80%L approach in the first scenario. The positive outcome could be visible for 2 years after that decision was made. But then it was negative for the next 3 years. So was the initial decision good?
There is not a static ratio because the environmental conditions of survival are constantly changing. For the next 20 years maybe it's best to be hyper progressive, but then it will be best to dial it back and be conservative for awhile. And so it goes.
It also varies from region to region.
@@ActualizedOrg hi there can you please make understand about human nature specifically narcissist.

This will be interesting to see your take on the two sides. I'm sure we I learn something about myself as a Conserative.
Even though I am about an hour into your (rather extensive) video, I am reminded of Chesterton's Fence.
My interpretation of it is like this. There is a fence across the road. An openminded person would say: we don't know what it does, so let's remove it, it's in the way. A conservative person would say: no, no, we can only remove it, if we understand the reason the fence is there. Someone must have put it there for a reason, and just because we are not aware of this reason, does not make it invalid. We have to make an informed decision, not a blind guess.
Thank you 🤍 Welcome to another episode of general integral thinking.
Leo, if you're into personality models, there's one I think is even more comprehensive than 5-factor. The model I prefer is called the HEXACO personality model, and it has everything from 5-fac as well as a sixth factor called Honesty-Humility (the H Factor). H is useful for analyzing people relative to the dark triad and can be thought of as a measure of reverse-manipulativeness (how averse someone is to being deceitful, greedy, and machiavellian.) In terms of politics, H correlates negatively with social dominance orientation, in the same way that openness correlates neg with right-wing authoritarianism. I really like the HEXACO model because it offers many subtleties and nuances not found in 5-fac, such as the distinction between being confrontational for selfish reasons and being confrontational for the sake of protecting others. If you plan on doing a video on personality, I think you would be better served to do it on HEXACO over 5-fac. I don't hate 5-fac or anything. I do appreciate it. It's just that HEXACO contains all the insights of 5-fac, plus more.
I agree, HEXACO is an amazing model!
While I agree with you, I also prefer HEXACO to OCEAN, the latter is not all bad. All the research on it need not be completely discarded. It still has value.
I read a research paper, that concluded OCEAN+Honesty-Humility covers the same ground as HEXACO. The only difference is that the other 5 factors besides H, are factored slightly differently, they mean slightly different things. But the five factors besides H cover about the same ground in each factorization.
@@Krasbin I agree completely. However I prefer a model that covers the entire ground without having to borrow from others. HEXACO is complete by itself while 5 fac requires stealing H in order to be complete. 5 fac + H is perfectly valid as a model, but HEXACO is already set up with its own test metrics and lots of papers and research. I also consider emotionality to be a more useful direction of measurement than neuroticism, which is only useful if you're looking at mental health.
@@kennethroe4321 Emotionality is also better than Neuroticism for the acceptance of being high in that scale. To be emotional, could still in part be interpreted as being empathic and humane, rather than robotic and psychopathic. Whereas to be neurotic has nothing good in it, from a naive understanding.
@@Krasbin excellent commentary
Was watching the Episode about Integrity again and at around 1:55:22 the re is a connection with the stage blue values.
Love your content ♌ always seem to get me thinking
Holyyyy molyyy 3hrsss thank u so much leo
Great video Leo. Can you make a video on how to choose your friends wisely?
Man leo... If this series was your only contribution to reality, which it is not, it would be one of the greatest and most relevant ever. This needs to be heard by everyone in my view. Hopefully many people find it for themselves.
Speaking in concern to sexual friviloty, I personaly had a stage in life where I created a lot of psychological unecessary turmoil and consequently lost time and energy that could be used in inner work by simply letting my desires run free uncheked. I basicaly ruined a especial relationship I had, and this relationship is now impossible to restore. So yes, one can sometimes be to much strict in sexual life but to be unconscious can also lead to a lot of damage. Yes. The mindscape is like a jungle, very fertile and if you for example feed it with hundred hours of Incell content you can become a incell or any other ideiology.
This has been very enjoyable to listen to, thank you.
Hello, Leo!
A question for you! You have been consistently making videos for quite some time now. Have you had your mind change on some of the content you have put out over the years? Like, do you have some points that you would disagree with the you from earlier videos?
My understanding of topics evolves on a weekly basis.
Germany‘s immigration politics tend to be very problematic. Don’t know how long Europe will survive all of the insanity we currently face
Love this series! Are you going to update the podcasts on Apple Podcasts?
Yes, once my PC is working again.
@@ActualizedOrg Did you got hacked?
Leo please do a video on sacred geometry
Also love your work have been watching you for a long time now
I don't know much about it.
This is really good Leo.
I genuinely enjoy learning about and from people who are different than me. I love to learn different ideas and expand my mind. I'll never stay in a fixed place. I thank you Leo for helping me become even more radically open-minded.
I grew up very liberal, I'm always a free spirit who loves and cares about people so I will always be democratic, however as I am getting older I am getting a lot more moderate. I do really like to listen to both sides and form my own opinion, as I can take from both.
To fortunate how many people just jump on a bandwagon and go to the extreme. The far left in the far right are the ones that are nuts, I can't we meet in the middle?
Leo, maybe the third video in this installment should be about how we can meet in the middle, of course with as little bias as possible.
Hell ya! The radical open mindedness is the perfect way to approach and analyze it ☺️
The 2 leaves you in the middle ;)
Saw an example of fear made manifest a few 4th of July's ago, we had been lighting fire works for over an hour no incidents, someone's scared child finally came outside been outside less than a minute and then struck hard in the stomach by a flying zip spinner.... she even was under tree branches, which didn't help at all. After cowering inside with fear for over an hour, she manifested a real tangible reason to fear fireworks.
Extremely good episode!
Understanding Emotions Part 2? =)
Although my hearing was sensitive before Federal prison, after 5 years in a 12 man room with 9 of the 12 having cell phones, it never got quiet, I blew a mental fuse, henceforth I use ear plugs perpetually now. I still enjoy my car audio hobby and house stereo time, just in much shorter intervals.
We need video on

Please accept my deepest gratitude...
Beautiful! Thanks brother
Wow! Now i can recognize my behaviour and why It's happening all the time. Thanks leo
I am only 1 hour in and I already learned some insights :)
I will always appreciate your knowledge 😻
Good Girl! 👌
Incidentally, Slave, are you VEGAN? 🌱
I have to say for starters, Leo. I really appreciate your content. I'm not a conservative per se. Because a lot of the conservatism that I've been exposed to for most of my life has been a lot of right wingers and extreme right wingers. I know there has to be quite a few out there that have real views and aren't so unhinged. Same thing with liberals too. I'm still to this day trying to avoid these two sides. Because they're way out there. Too much for me.
In short, I believe, that conservative approach is the stage one and foundation for a stage two liberalism. Without discipline of conservative approach and jumping into liberalism, we ask for more then serious trouble. It is similar, when you told us to not skip the stages of spiral dynamics in your spiral dynamics series. Thank you Leo, good work and looking forward for more.
You can't build a skyscraper without a good foundation.
From the rapid expansion and contraction of leos journey his topics in the next few years will be.... how to be nice, how to live happily etc.
That’s what people actually need.
The forum is down again. Server or database crash. Forum was buggy too.
Leo which spiral dynamic stage would you consider someone to be at if they have a mixture of conservative/Liberal values (centrist), compared to someone who is just a Liberal(green), I know it kind of depends on the specifics of what person you're talking about, but generally speaking, would you consider them to be yellow or a mixture of green and orange?
Todays centrist would be 25% blue, 50% orange, 25% green or something like that.
@@hsbdkdndn I see what you're saying that would definitely probably describe a lot alright! . I think a healthy stage yellow though would probably incorporate all the good parts of conservatism/ Liberalism, and the lower spiral stages
Most American centrists are halfway between Orange and Green. Or as @jadeking said.
A mind conserved will leave progression deterred. If for today it's comfort we seek, our future becomes bleak.
Respected British anthropology professor, Dr. Edward Dutton, has demonstrated that “LEFTISM” is due to genetic mutations caused by poor breeding strategies.
🤡
To put it simply, in recent decades, those persons who exhibit leftist traits such as egalitarianism, feminism, gynocentrism, socialism, multiculturalism, transvestism, homosexuality, perverse morality, and laziness, have been reproducing at rates far exceeding the previous norm, leading to an explosion of insane, narcissistic SOCIOPATHS in (mostly) Western societies.
Could you please do one on the "INDEPENDENT MIND"??
Hi there, ever since I started on this consciousness path, I was able to tap so much into my consciousness and discover that I am Awareness and it all felt so good, but now my mind seems to be clamping down really hard, and it's like there's an entity in my head that's constantly over-reactive and causing all sorts of clenching or tightness in my body, it makes me unable to burp or fart or poop easily, it's amplifying the pain I feel from all sorts of things and feelings, and it's affecting my life really much. When I try to talk to this entity, I always get the same answers, it wants me to suffer, and the reason it is here is because of all the consciousness work that I did, and that it is killing it, so it wants me to stop, but I have already stopped for so long, almost weeks, but this entity is still here, and it's just making life harder and harder by the day, I'm like having constipation and bloating just from the fact that mind is so tight that it won't let me release, and my entire life is now centered around finding ways to burp and fart and poop. No matter how hard I try to make peace or be friends with it, it just stays silent, and gives me no answer, and whenever I even think about anything that's slightly triggering to it, like abiding in God consciousness, or meditating, or simply being jolted by sudden movements, and noises, it just goes absolutely nuts, and clenches up completely, making the top of my head feel like there's a clamp on it. I really need help on this, have you or anyone here encountered such a phenomenon before? And what would you guys recommend I do to put an end to this? Is there a way to come to peaceful terms with it? A way for it to just let go if I would stop the meditations? Do I just give it time to calm down? It seems worse and worse each day. Do I keep on practicing meditation regardless of how painful it is and maybe it will be gone forever? But it just feels worse and worse the more I do it, and it always comes back, and it feels wrong to be forcing things like this. I feel like my life is really going to end if I don't find any solutions, anyone who has any idea what's going on and what I should be doing, I would be so grateful to hear from you!
Leo is the GOAT man.
Another great video!
