Thank god you're back!! I've been wondering, hope you're ok 😃 These look stunning, I'm so impressed. I love the first royal family one especially - so good
JAMES, YOU FEED MY GEL NAIL OBSESSION. Every time I need a bit of encouragement to doing my nails, I watch your videos and get an itch to do something creative again (esp after a new video). Thank you! You did so amazing with design 😍
I love that you kept the bits of mild frustration in the video. You're incredible with nails and it really shows the realism of the tediousness of it all 😅 They turned out so lovely!!
Well done James, nice to see you have a good time!! Was your first color of the ombre dry, if so, they blend better if they're both wet. If it was wet, one more tiny coat and another coat of top would make it blend better. Placement, you can mark where you want things with a pencil first, and using solid gel for those v cut stones makes them very easy to place. Enjoy!!
Even tho I’m seeing this video 4 days after it was posted, I’m so excited to try my hand at making this set. I thought I had missed out on the bundle but when I clicked the link there were 2 sets left and I snatched one up fast!
Loving the background track James. You might like Tim Henson/Polyphia - he’s the most incredible guitar musician I’ve ever seen. (Polyphia is the band he’s in.)
If I may offer a small tip….to help avoid getting the little bits of polish on the underside of the nail..start with your brush in the middle of the tip and pull. Not at one end or the other and pulling. . It tends to scrape the brush. Kind of like when you take polish off one side of the brush when you’re taking it out of the bottle. I hope that makes sense. You’re doing great ! 😊
I love the design and I think you did a great job, especially the necklace-like nail. I never would've thought of that. 😍 For symmetry, maybe you can try to imagine a straight line going down the middle of whatever you're looking at, in this case the nail and work from there. At least that's how I do it (an engineer here, so a lot of shapes and middle points of things are often important). Also, for things like putting the chain bits on the either side of the gem in the middle, try looking at connection between the two. Like, if on one side the chain connects to the gem at a certain point (this point could be something distinguishable on the actual gem or another imagined spot/line maybe), then try placing the chain on the other side so that it hits the same point of the gem. Hope this makes sense. If not, just ignore and keep practicing. It gets easier the more you do it. Love you 💜
With sponge ombre, first you hit the nail with the color on the sponge (as you did). Then take a clean part of the sponge to soften the center color. It completely makes any demarcation disappear 🫥
Hi!! I just watched your video of the haul you got from aurora nail supply (LOVED IT BTW and now subscribed) I just have a Q about import tax/customs? We’re there any? If so how bad were they?😅 thanks in advance
Pouring a bit of clear acrylic on your first sponge of color will help with ombre’s. A little tip for you. That’s a great deal. 18 isn’t a lot though and we’re over 1k views in so I’m sure I’d be sol. 😆.
........ i do have a nail polish collection, maybe i really should get some nail chips and finally make good use of them. they'll last a life time and more, i don't have enough nails to finish them up.
Beep Boop Request 📢📢📢 Hey James! Is it possible for you to do an I'zemi brand product demo/explanation? For example, there is a base and neo base. There are several top/clear gels as well and I'm not sure if the clear gels can be used interchangeably with top gel. Zillabeau's website isn't as descriptive and all other demos are in Korean. I may have purchased several products without understanding how to use them... Thank you in advance and I'm anticipating seeing more of your content :) 💜

It’s giving Princess Diana. I love them. 💜
Love love love those colors and I'm a sucker for blinged out sets. This was fun to watch and they look lovely! Great job!
I actually prefer the set you did over the inspired pink set… could be just because it’s purple… 💜💜💜

Those turned out great! I don't think I could manage all that detail. I do not have steady hands. 😊
So pretty! I had a manicure for the first time and learnt so much from the technician there, now I can't wait to try this out on my own ❤
Im so glad to have found this new channel James! Some how i missed this, but happy to support you and your brothers! You guys are top tier!
Nothing you do in life will be perfect. It's perfectly imperfect. That's what makes things beautiful in my eyes ❤
Beautiful design, great job!
It would be fascinating to see you do diff ombré techniques with diff polishes and find the best combinations

So, do we not need to use the base coat, or do you just leave that part out?
Do you have any nail glue stickers you'd recommend? I'm a nurse so can't have nails however would like to make some stick on false nails for events
