Depende po kasi sa mga tao na nakatira sa paligid. Kahit anong ganda ng isang lugar kung ang mga tao sa paligid nito ay mga walang disiplina sa kalinisan ay balewala din ang ganda nito.tingnan na lang natin ang manila ,kahit ano ganda ng mga proyekto sa pagpaganda ng lugar ay pumapangit din kalaunan dahil sa pagdudumi at pagtatapon kung saan saan ng mga tao na nasa banda doon.hindi ko nilalahat ng tao sa manila ay ganun pero hanggat may mga ganung tao sa lugar.hindi talaga mananatili ang kagandahan ng isang lugar.
Maganda ang lugar pero dapat naman Sana may desiplina dahil Tao din ang sumisira sa pagili.. Pinapaganda at pinaggagastusan pero naman Sana Yong Iba may koswelo at desiplina sa paligid dapat naman talaga maging Malinis ang isang lugar kasi maging pangalawang Yan sa mukha ng isang tao kung tayo ay mag lilinis sa bahay natin or bakuran natin dahil ayaw natin ng kalat or mabaho or madumi Ganon din Sana may respito sa isang lugar na bawal mag kalat at ika nga may kasabihan na (basura na dala mo iligpit mo) at Sana naman itapon sa Tamang lagayan wag iwan kung saan saan dahil isa Yan sa sanhi ng maging madumi sa paligid.. Eastwood is much cleaner than SF now. Soon SF will become a ghost town. Businesses and other major establishments are closing due to uncontrollable burglaries and other issues especially in the heart of downtown. Quite sad the way things happening right now. I lived here in the Bay Area and grew up in the city in the 70s. My family migrated during Martial law, right after I finished elementary. But I definitely going back to PI, and stay at Eastwood.😊
High cost of living, commodities and shocking rent increase contribute to its downfall. How can the local government of SF and the state of California tolerate those nightmares.
Fellow Filipinos, as a Filipino- American ,just be thankful you have a dedicated, concerned and hard working President. Although I am not his supporter, but I can feel that he’s very concerned and attempting to find more solutions for the benefit of the citizen.
I live just 15-minute walk from this place at Commonwealth Estate 1. Oo maliit lang ang Eastwood City. I don't think there's any more space for expansion, pero maganda sya pasyalan during the weekends.
If you guys want to phase out the Jeepnies, then the government should make more railways and brt system instead of express ways. instead of phasing out the Jeepnies and only replacing with those so called modern jeeps which doesn't look like a jeep at all

I luv eastwood city which is not really a city but a business district similar to bgc but i luv eastwood more cos of its small land area, and beverly hills style architecture. Pero maliit lang na lugar ito at madali i-manage kasi privately owned. Hindi sya sakop sa pagpapatakbo ng quezon city local govt. It was good it was not affected by the covid years cos most its stores closed down. Good thing it did not go the way of Tiendesitas which is now on the brink of bankrupcy. But i hope the owners/developers expand and build more infras. The problem is there is no more real estate for expansion
Moved to Eastwood end of 2006 when there were just few condo buildings and there was only citywalk mall . Even during that time I love living in Eastwood . Saw the great developments through the years and I love living there even more.
We have a Condo unit there since 2014 Le Grande Tower # 3 . We live here dito sa US .my province in Baguio , we always go home every year . So lucky that we both that place , its a good deal that time 2014 . See you soon Eastwood . ❤️🙏🇺🇸🇵🇭
Eastwood city is another urban landscape that's worthy of emulation by other emerging cities. Clean and wide sidewalks free of obstructions.Pedestrian lanes that are clearly marked, well managed traffic flow and plenty of open spaces where people congregate,walk leisurely or just have fun.Once again,my Thanks to City Explorer Plus for this feature.

If I’m not mistaken in the late 50’s early 60’s this place use to be chikamas fields that from Project 4 there’s a hill to climb down to reach this place ❤
