What?? The church elders are being SUED?? What do they have to do with a 30 year old sin of someone else? It's time to remember we live in the dispensation of GRACE! Robert Morris WAS ABUSED AS A CHILD. Don't you know we are all BORN INTO THIS CESSPOOL OF SIN? Get a grip on yourselves and let's FORGIVE. If Cindy's parents didn't care - why should you? I think SHE should sue THEM! They ALLOWED it to HAPPEN IN THEIR HOME!!!

We are all sinned against in some way or another...some of us were even younger than and the sins committed against us even greater. God expects us to forgive in order for Him to forgive and we can do that when we compare the debts...that debt that we owed God is much greater but still has been cancelled by God...should we not then cancell others debts against us? God uses Moses after he killed a man. God used David after he committed adultery and killed a man. I don't take the wisdom Robert Morris shared from God, away from him, after God used him for decades after he committed sin. What happened does not change the wisdom that God shared through him. I hope someday I'll be able to receive more of God's wisdom from him. If God didn't use severe sinners, there would only be Jesus. I know at the end, Robert Morris will be in Heaven, and to me the only thing that matters is Heaven. So I choose not to judge him because God already knew what had happened and he used Robert to reach other people, so God's judgement is enough for me. I'll leave it to Him because only He knows how his judgement will be delivered, and it's not for my concern or understanding.

What happened to Christians praying for Christians? What happened to forgiveness? What happened to keep no Record of wrong and allowing God to be Judge? My heart goes out to this woman who was molested as a child. I have no doubts that she did suffer. I too and my sister were both molested as a child up into our teenage years from a very young age. I do not condone such behavior regardless of how a person is raised. But… we did forgive and gave it to God. We are living happy lives and owe it all to our savior. Jesus died on the cross not for one man’s sin, He payed the price for “ All Man”!
My heart goes out to all who are hurting.
I believe that if pastor Robert’s covered up his sinful nature then this is the reason for the shock. If he got help, council for what he did then why all the publicity and punishment this many years later? Don’t forget that Jesus died for your sins too. There isn’t one sin in this world that will go unnoticed , and if it does… remember we all die and face the real Judgement. ❤
