He fell off, and when everyone was screaming at her to stop, she backed up and ran him over. His legs are absolutely mangled. I have a picture of them on my phone.
i remember the days of pull ring tabs. in wi. if you got stopped in your boat you had better had equal numbers of tabs and cans or you would get a ticket for littering. same with bottles and caps. you heard about tickets for littering but never heard about bwi and people weren't getting run over by boats either.
too many drunks in America. People drink now in the company of chidren and toddlers. You see it in Restaurants every day. I've never drank in the company of children ever. IF anything would happen you would feel horrible for life. Guarantee there were kids in this area and this time it was just lucky nothing happened to a kid
