That rubber cone is used for pulling vacuum on basically any open filler cap, on a radiator or reservoir, ect.. . It's more of a universal quick test.

How much air does it require to run the filler vacuum tool. My compressor can only do 2.5 cfm, not sure if it will be enough to create vacuum.
