They took the time to re record every single song and I don’t think people recognize how much effort that would require. And all to do honor to a great record that has a lot of special meaning to a lot of people. This record is a time piece in my life and has tremendous power to me. They did such a good job reconnecting with this period in time.

There is something very profound with that statement "The victim in me is dead. I am reborn." I want to get there so badly. My mental health is for shit. Something about that statement just sounds so badass, and I long to be able to claim it over myself.
@@hcaz5818 I would respectfully disagree with you. The new mix is a lot more spacious, which probably means more room reverb to everything in differing levels
I cant say it sounds better but equally as epic for sure!. Love the new sound but also miss the tone of the originals. But now we have both versions to chose from and i love both. This has always been my fave album of theirs. Fuggin love it all man! 🔥🔥
That classic opening riff was rewritten. Still a cool riff, but it caught me off guard. Maybe because it was too close to one of the riffs from Up Against The Ropes?

All though the Older Version literally Moves the Earth..this Version isn't bad either..but the First Version is More Raw..its like a once in a life time feeling when they made the First Version..nothing beats that..not even Covid.

Graduated High School with my two best friends friends to this album. Then that same summer proceeded to see them live at Warped Tour.
You guys just don't disappoint. This sounds better to me than the original. Vocals sound bigger. Everyone is on point!
They definitely don't sound bigger at all haha, all the atmosphere and reverb has been removed from them
