I made this, and also added some fresh tomatoes and peppers bc we're growing them in our garden. I just diced them up, and they were a great addition! Much love!

You can use a bunt pan to get corn off the cob, it doesn't let corn slip.. It works great, try it you'll love it

i made something like this a few yrs ago - it is delicious - a little tip if i remember correctly, the recipe i followed added taking your cutting knife and running it down the cob to get out the 'corn liquor' - and adding it to the sauce - youre so fun Laura -love your recipes

Made it! Thanks Laura for another fantastic recipe. Awesome dish! Fresh corn is key for sure. I used prosciutto and it was great. I also added a jalapeno pepper to the recipe. And a little bit of milk at the end to get it to the desired consistency. Ended up with a perfect balance of sweet, salty and spicy. Oh, and I also topped the dish with some grilled shrimp. Delicious! And pretty darn easy. Total winner!

You can also use a bundt pan flipped over for the corn and the hole in the middle will keep it in place better. Just a tip :) cant wait to make this thank you
