Maple, pecan and now salted caramel are my favorite fall flavors. I used to think that salt in caramel as a horrifying idea, until i tasted it and realized that it's the same thing as the caramel sauce one would on icecream. Got pumpkin spice off that list. These videos are super cool!
Fall is such a great opportunity to try out new flavors and bust out the spices. Love that apple basket cake. It just screams harvest time. I have a Skulls and Roses Cake up on my channel this week.

Honestly, they are not appetizing cake on the palate, they are beautiful by sight. I only think about diabetes when I see so much fondant! Overall nice cakes 🍰 But I prefer the traditional ones!
