What type of cake you use? My cakes are too moist to carve and I noticed you use simple syrup. Is that to put moisture into your cakes? I love your work..it's amazing.
is that water? or simple syrup that shes squeezing all over the tops of the layers before the crumb coat? to keep it moist or to keep the crumbs down..?? im not a professional baker lady or anything.. but ive never seen that before...
Was it due to time restraints on the video that you didn't show how to make the cakes and tarts on the fidget spinner? Cause I'm pretty sure in the full length video they are cakes that look like desserts? Or am I completely wrong haha 😅
