I am getting less mobile especially with my hands. I have (Rheumatoid Arthritis) For someone who lived for cooking, it's tough. But I think I'm going to copy one of your cakes once a month for practice and mobility. I am on an arthritis-friendly diet so I won't be able to eat them but once a month a super lucky relative or friend will receive one of your beautiful creations. But don't worry...I will do justice to your cakes and not give them out until they are perfect. Thanks for the inspiration..God bless💕

Love your cakes but you are WAY too stingy and sparse with the icing and too much with the fondant
