HI ,. Is the Product Backlog not ranked based on Value by PO., then why do we need to measure Value delivered?

The Product Backlog Prioritization may not only have Value criteria it may have things like Risk. and this is measured post delivery, the estimated value and delivered value may be different.

Hi Saket, Lot of informative sessions and gained good insights from your sessions. One basic question is "How do we measure Lead Time and Cycle time practically?"

It is measured by measuring time from one stage to another, say you receive an order you write the time you get an on it, and when you deliver the order you note the time again. If you do this from Order to delivery it is lead time, if you do it for some intermediate stage , say from reaching to Development to getting ready for deployment you can call it cycle time. Process is same just the point of start and end is different.
