FMA: Pikal Knife Disarms

Training the pikal knife disarms. It is my understanding that pikal means "to rip", and is used to reference the reverse grip or earth grip of a knife. Here are a few examples of drills.
I love using these for fight choreography in action design for films, and I love the attributes this type of training develops.
Make no mistake, knives are serious business! It's always best to run away from situations involving them and not deal with a knife unless you absolutely have to!
