Bought a 1979 International Scout II in 1978 and it did 0-60 in 13 seconds! Good for off-road, but definitely not designed for speed!
This is why I like Roush performance parts.
Honestly surprised it wasn’t more, but weight, aero etc definitely play a factor in that 0-60. I also only have a roush intake on my 3.5 ecoboost F-150 but it sounds mean!

No joke, the other day a guy pulled off a lot with his new bronco fully loaded and got smoked by a truck because he pulled out without looking. Everyone was okay but that bronco had 0 miles on it.
Second time I have seen or heard of this. First one was a Firebird.
Had a friend years back when the Nissan Titan first came out. Had the truck a grand total of 2 hours before getting T-Boned at & intersection. Good thing no one was hurt & his truck was fixed under warranty.
Our 2.7L puked at 9,980 miles. We were #64 with that engine failure. Currently on our 2nd motor and highly anxious about trying anything in it. It was in the dealer shop for 4 months. Got it back 2 weeks ago. Ford has a very large quality control problem right now. I hope they make the necessary changes and quick! Hard to get excited about our vehicles and that is mind boggling at the prices that are being charged for them.
Could you imagine buying a car at these prices to only have the engine break in one year or less.
Your motor got smoke by a bad batch of valves. It’s shitty but that stuff happens.
@@JifferRiffic It's why I drive pre 06' trucks these days. It might have a few scratches, but at least it runs and reliable.
@@crazynova23 Yes indeed. Ford did just reach out and told us that they have given us the premium care extended warranty attached to our Vin at no extra cost. I thought that was good. They actually reached out to us and not us having to call them.
Come on, very few vehicles affected by 3rd party bad valves and the issue was resolved quickly.
If you really wanted to go fast, wouldn’t you just jump in a Shelby GT500 or maybe a GT? 🤔
After you buy whar you want, put all the mods on it, Rosch parts can get you rolling like a boss.

love the setup on your bronco. I just ordered a Pepper red Badlands Lux package without the sasquatch package (not worth the extra $5000 to me, personally) I would like to upgrade my wheels and tire and i love the stance on your truck. what offset are you running on your bronco as it sits in this video
Can you convince me to not get the Sasquatch package? I love it so much and the it makes it look so badass.

I dont know if there is a video about the sasquatch package, but is there any difference in the differential if you want to put it on a base model, it has the big engine and the 10 speed trans also is a 2 door.
Our base model has the sasquatch package and 2.7L.

Can you get the tune without the intake?
Bigger tires adds weight.
The second attempt was with brake boost! The first test wasn't. That makes a huge difference.
Why change the test, unless the gain wasn't very much.

The no brake boost vs. brake boost probably accounted for half of the gains.

Will this work on a 2023 Bronco? I ask because on their site, it’s only listed for 2021-2022 Broncos.
They probably just haven't updated it yet. Nothing changed so it SHOULD work, but by the time you get your 2023 I bet it will be updated.

TC customs has a video showing what tires you can fit on the broncos. It actually can fit 37” without a lift. But having a small lift definitely would help clearance.
I like it, but the cost for that small upgrade. it’s too steep! $700 ish might seem more reasonable.
Doesn't the stock Bronco have a cold air intake?
every modern vehicle has a cold air intake. its just quiet, thats why people change them out

The Roush intake is a joke. Just a lid and high flow filter. Hell I pretty much have the same thing. Stock box with high flow filter.
Total gimmick at a ridiculous price. Makes me not interested in their tune either

you got nothing from the CAI, nothing. The tune made the difference but thats a terrible tune to only shave .5 second. Sorry, but what a complete waste of money.
