Love the look! The all black wheels perfectly compliment the other black elements and provide a nice contrast to the “school bus yellow”! It’s a subtle but aggressive look.
I have a 2dr Black Diamond and 2 kids age 6 & 9... Their biggest gripe is there are no handles or anything to grab onto when the climb in to the back. So, I put a handle on the back of both front seats - strapped to the Molle panel. Made a huge difference for them. Next up, sliders w enough overhang/width to be a step.
Man some of this channel's videos just hit it out of the park, and this is one of them! Also love that Mitchell is getting his fellow colleagues some on-camera time too. Keep it up!

I owned an '87 Bronco w/straight-six and four-speed and granny first. Best crawler I've ever owned. Color aside, your new Bronco looks great! I'd stick with the 35" tire but switch to Nitto Trail Grapplers on Methods.
Fun fact I work for Toyo / Nitto North America. I also ordered and bought my Bronco from Town and Country Ford. We're all working very hard to get those tires out as fast as we can without sacrificing quality. We produce 20,000 to 22,000 tires a day and still having a hard time to keep up with the demand.
Take it easy on the mall-crawlers!! Some people just want our Bronco to be the prettiest of the pretty pavement princesses in all the land. I LOVE this Badlands and all the slick additions y’all put on it. Absolutely a stunner!!
So much rust already, I don't know why that bothers me so much with new vehicles. My JK Rubicon did the same thing, I spent hours re-coating so many components when I first got it slightly used from a dealer. My Tundra on the other hand hasn't been so bad, but it is what it is.
One thing would of been good to hear, stock wheel offset vs the offset of the after market wheels if there is a difference. That bumper twisted A LOT for a person to stand on it, not a lot of assurance for safety incase of a fender bender, Great video, love it on 37s.
Mitchell, would Ford sell those damaged trucks? I wish Ford would allow you to have all options available in any trim level. Like Sand paint on a Badlands or base model and not just Everglades.
Can you verify the Yakima platform is the medium size? My BL 2 door is being built in June and I definitely want one. The one in the video extends a little farther forward and back than I like. Didn't see a link in you list for it.
Sweet ride, love the break down. I'm not a 2 door guy, 4 door or bust. When you used your arm to measure the space was a good reference. Funfact; your forearm is the same size as your foot. Take your shoe and place it sole to forearm and see. Peace
When the guy jumped on the rear bumper to grab the roof rack. If you look closely at the corner of the rear bumper it bends drastically! Like God damn that bumper is cheap as hell to bend as much as it did, YIKES!! 😳 So sad because I am absolutely in love with the Bronco.
Desert dulers on 10 hole anominiuam wheels we had a BroncoII the old seats were on a dangerous for kids scissor accordion with a release so you could really pop the pass seat forward for munchkin access.
It looks great, ultimate off-roader? Looks like 8 inches of suspension flex with those tires and you are eating the fenders. It will look great on the road, it will eat itself with any medium off road adventure . That lift with 35's seems to be the safer option.

@@WadeMade I stepped on mine and it didn't flex too bad but I might weight a little less, 170lbs. Definitely looking into a steel rear bumper. Everything else I've noticed so far on the truck seems solid.
@@sean9267 My dad bought an outer banks model at launch and It was really nice except for the stereo. He has since traded it for a Jeep Rubicon with a hemi. He still says the steering and suspension on the bronco is far superior but he is developing a new stabilizer unit for jeeps so he wanted one to test it on.
As far as I can tell on the roof rails, if you order them with the Bronco, they're like $325 or something, after the fact it appears they are over $800. I really wish I would have spent the extra $$ and just got mine with the roof rails.
Have you found an after market 4dr roof rail system that works with SaS factory builds? I still don’t know why this isn’t an option from Ford. I don’t need it for heavy carrying capacity. Just ski/bike racks. Thx!
Did you go 2.3/2.7, auto/manual, mid package and sasquatch? Just curious cause I ordered a Wildtrak, but I think I may can cancel it because I'm nervous about the V6 breaking easily and may want to do the 37s with a manual and get MGV instead of cloth
@@camaro92350 2.3 manual, I love it!!just the Black Diamond with upgrade wheels to 32s…never get cloth with a convertible!!! The MGV is badass also!!! Besides the 2.3 makes 300 hp The 2.7 makes 340…no brainer!!!
Pretty cool video, I watched it all, I did find out that I could lower the rear seats to make a flat recline which I didn’t know, unfortunately the biggest problem I have with bronco is those little tiny whiny baby tie rods, that’s something Ford I guess figured it’s worth a better ride than off-road, I will upgrade and get rid of those little tiny whiny tie rods, Otherwise I like my black diamond with 35s manual of course, and my son has the badlands Sasquatch manual with 35s, we will be taking this off road up on Roush park in the early spring-in the Poconos
No 37 experience, but I have 35s on my manual black diamond (4.43 gears) and it feels just fine. I didn't notice any power loss. Using 92 octane as well, so 300hp. I haven't tried 87 yet, but I will be soon with the price of gas these days...

seen a few set ups with the normal 35 take that look and its sweet. id open the back and use the tailgate area for the step up 3 poitn of contact safety.

I looks great in person. I have a nacho gladiator which is essentially the exact same shade. On 39 BFGs it is a neck breaker everywhere I go and virtually unstoppable off road. I was nervous about the color after ordering but I couldn’t love it anymore

I am curious as to whether the light ring behind the spare tire would fail a safety inspection since it's not higher than the standard tail lamps. Has anyone addressed this?

I want one if I just could convince my wife to let her mkc go I had the original bronco in 1974 I ordered from the factory my dad was a sales manager at a ford dealer he let me fill Out the order sheet I got everything you could order hd suspension lockers from and rear 302 auto put a warren 8 wrangler winch custom built bumper wasin a sidewinders 4x4 club for years ran circles around the jeeps with that had 4:11 gears ended up with double shocks on the front edlebrock torque manifold and holly off-road carb wish i still had it full cage roll bar front and rear
Going to need some mudflaps. Even base model Broncos are hella mud and rock throwers. Put some 37's on it and you're looking like Tom Brady in a mud pit.
Love the Bronco - BUT - it needs a better engine. 4cyl 17-19 mpg is not good. I'm fine with a pokey engine, it's a Bronco after all. It's the MPG that is a deal breaker for me.

If you're going to have a yellow/orange vehicle that is the color you want. It's like the sun. I love the customization on it.

The plastic bumper is a good idea it has flex and wont just dent if your drag it off roading

If you pause it at the 9:09 mark, you can see how it didn't go back in place after he stood on it. Its bent down like an inch. smh

Coming from a 392 Challenger and picking up a Bronco, I see no reason to mod the exhaust on the Bronco

What offset are those wheels ? Have a wildtrak 4dr Sasquatch but Anna do 37x18 what should I change to have no issues ? Reinforcement parts

3500lbs or 3325lbs, depending on the trim. Badlands 2.7L/V6 is 3325lbs.
BTW, if you google the Bronco Specs, Ford has a 4 o4 5 page document showing all specs of each trim, each engine, each transmission and 2 or 4 door.
