I’ve owned 17 jeeps heavily modified not as modified as yours but pretty extreme including the 392 and I purchased a bronco raptor then I sold it because I wasn’t sure about it went back to jeep now I’m back to bronco raptor I love it it is comfortable it is capable right out of the box, but now what you have is pretty awesome and I’m impressed.

Dang, George is really passionate about what he does. I know that many of you may be bored with the technical 💩at 30:35. Still, as an engineer I really appreciate him taking the time and being as open and transparent about his manufacturing methods. Someone willing to talk about this to the length that he has is a sign of a quality manufacturer.

APG. Doing it right doing it big. If you want a RIG setup the way they want it, and you do not have the knowledge or more likely the tools and space to do it all yourself....APG. From what I have seen, they and a few other companies will actually take your stock Bronco and turn it into BEAST MODE Bronco. If you need it to do what people do out west with their Bronco, they are not a bad choice. And before anyone says this or that, I am not affiliated with APG in any way, hell I have never met anyone from there. Just going off of what people I have spoken with and what I see.

Semi-float dana 60 and 32 spline dana 44 doesn't scream "ultimate reliability". I wonder how the 44 will hold up to 40's when rock crawling. I guess the 2.7 doesn't make a ton of power so that will help. The scorpion crawler ran 40's on a 44 for a long time, but it was built to the max and was significantly lighter that the bronco will be. Interested to see how it holds up.
