Why do two not get a seal and what are they for? If all the bread is not eaten what do you do with it?
Those are the bottom portions of the loaf. Any remaining, blessed bread is served to the congregation as “antidoron”. Only the center most square part or “lamb” is placed into the chalice. Hope this helps!

The Orthodox Church uses leavened bread for Holy Communion
that is the wrong bread. It is supposed to be unleavened bread. but hey, do what you want. I'm pretty sure there is a lot more that's wrong than just the bread@@birdybird1252
