- We visited the Hampton Inn and Suites in downtown San Diego, California!! Check out our whole room tour and hotel review. Great location, walking distance to the entire waterfront and downtown area. We stayed here 6 nights so we had plenty to show and say about this hotel. What a stay!

I love finding accommodations in good locations and that one sounds like a good spot. Too bad that they had limited services due to the pandemic. Good to know about parking too.

Looks like a great spot to spend some time! Nice hotel. Sorry about the elevator! The ground floor is a great place in see if an emergency! Too bad about the limited services! Great info. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching! A great location but a few flaws. Most places can't have it all I suppose. We would try it again in the future just for the location alone.

That hotel is pretty nice and fairly large! I would definitely get lost in that parking garage.
Right?! The good thing was the garage was only 2 levels. If you go to San Diego this hotel location-wise can't be beat!

Good honest review on the hotel. Crazy that all 3 elevators would be broken at the same time. That is definitely a major concern.
Yeah it was a real bummer that kept us from loving this hotel. Not fun to lug suitcases up and down 4 flights of steps.
This is a decent accommodation out there :D I would defo book in there :D but this elevator issue, not the greatest happening.
Yeah the elevator issues sucked. But the location can't be beat!
Man we really want to get out to San Diego! I hear the weather there is phenomenal. The only thing that may be better than the weather is the food lol
Yes it was overcast for 4 of our 6 days but still like 70-75 each day. Can't beat that!! Yes the food, I think I gained 20 lbs in the 6 nights we spent there! And I was walking like 20,000 steps per day.....well to find food, but still walking!!!!!

Was there An electric vehicle charger?
Don't remember seeing any in the parking garage under the hotel. They also let you park at a garage across the railroad tracks but not sure if ev station.
