    Nicely done. Just got back into fly tying my self. I plan on using these on the finger lakes.

      Let me know how they work. I know my brother in law does well with a smaller version of these for Landlock (Atlantic) Salmon on inland lakes.

    what is the actual name of those heads you use? i cant find them

      I bought those heads from Atomik 15 - 20 years ago. I wish I could get more but atomik doesn't sell them anymore.

    Could you show a close up of the loop knot

      You just make a loop, then holding the top of the loop with your fingers, you twist it 180 degrees, then pull the loop tight over the head. Basically like a half hitch.

      Those heads I'm using I bought from Atomik Salmon Flies in NY. Not sure if he still sells them or not.

      I got a bunch of them from Atomik Flies many years ago. They may not sell them anymore.
