Hi thanks for commenting! My measurement is 54 cm, measured on the line where the hat starts to flare out, if you know what I mean. The measurement of the hat on that same line, is about 60 cm, so maybe I could've made it a few cm tighter for me but you also need some room for comfort. If you want to make it bigger or smaller, I would suggest making the pattern wider or narrower and trying it out with a different fabric first. Hope that helps!
