- This tulip hat is super easy to make and extend the sizes , Also, it's very cute and comfortable to wear during hot summer day. As I mentioned in the video, if you want to make this hat with 2 different colors then you cut 6 pieces each color.. and 1 color like shown in the video then cut 12 pieces total

Another lovely tutorial. I may have to share this with my son. I have an old tulip heart that is made from woven reeds (I can't even remember where I got it from, it's pretty old now though) that he became fascinated with and so he copied it to make his own hat. Because of the harder sides, the hat actually snaps flat, making it easy to tuck away. I think he'd appreciate seeing another way to make the hat for ideas in the future.
That’s awesome, I’m so proud of him for making his own hat. Nowadays young people seem to be more buyers than makers. Please keep encouraging him, not everyone can have that talent though

Hi Vivian just tried it landscape no joy maybe it’s my printer. I have drawn it out by hand and much more rewarding. Why do you draw a line on the 4th 2” because it’s not joined up to anything. Also thank you for showing how to use the French Curve, now I know where I have been going wrong. XXXX

There's one thing I don't agree with in this video - how you say you don't have much brain !!!! Let me tell you, lady, how it takes LOTS of brains to sew. So, you DO have LOTSA brains !!! Also, this cap is sooo pretty. I've seen them (or ones like the one you made here) at many stores and have always wondered how they were made. TYSM for sharing your techniques and knowledge with us - but, remember, you DO have LOTSA brains!!! And, your pretty face is nice to see in this video, too. @@TheTwinsDay Awww, you're welcome. So sorry to hear that. I'm not all that positive why you say that is happening to you. But, I can really say I think I do know why. I've been diagnosed with brain atrophy, myself. That was a few years ago, though. If you're unfamiliar with it, it's where your brain mass is slowly but surely shrinking. But, I try not to let it keep me down by dwelling on it any. I try to keep myself busy everyday by doing several crafts 'n' such. Also, I have several other medical problems which stem from the fact I had the illness called Reye's Syndrome at the age of ten back in 1978. I know my problems aren't the worst ever, but, I hope and pray you're not experiencing any of what I am going through. Please take care of yourself. And, keep your videos coming for us - I do really enjoy seeing them. 👍😻❣️😍
