- Rishi Sunak has said he will “stop at nothing” to keep Britain’s Jewish community safe, before promising support for Israel along with other world leaders after the Hamas attacks.
The Prime Minister addressed a synagogue in north London to express his solidarity for Israel and to reassure Britain’s Jews.
“We stand with Israel, the United Kingdom stands with Israel against this terrorism today, tomorrow and always,” Mr Sunak said.
TalkTV’s Julia Hartley-Brewer clashes with Palestinian Solidarity Campaign’s Professor Kamel Hawwash.
Julia asks: “Was the attack on civilians justified because of the plight of the people of Gaza?”

The only way this gets resolved is to de-islamify gaza then a lot less furor over some fairytale. Imagine China invading Texas because they claim it belongs to them and they decided to massacre half the people of Texas and put the other half in a concentration camp where they are not allowed to leave and while they are trapped in the concentration camp, China regularly bombs them and shoots them with the hopes of exterminating them completely. If you were a Texan, what would you do if your land was stolen by a hostile group of people and you were imprisoned in your own land with no hope of escape, would you not fight for your freedom? If you did, the press would call you a savage terrorist and advocate for your genocide. That's what's happening to the Palestinian people. They have been under the brutal siege of Israel for over 70 years and they have cried out to the international community to give them justice but nobody cared enough to help the Palestinians and now out of desperation the Palestinians are attacking their captors and the ignorant and blood thirsty masses in the west are calling for the genocide of Palestinians. What Hamas did to Israel, Israel does to Palestinians on a regular basis but that doesn't become an international news where everyone knows about it and is compelled to condemn it. Why is it that there is zero condemnation when Israel murders Palestinian civilians on a regular basis but Hamas does it once and there is a callous call for the murder of Palestinian civilians by the ignorant masses in the west. The peace agreements proposed was always done on unrealistic terms and it isn’t just Palestinians that rejected it. Israel rejected it a number of times too.

How can anyone have sympathy with this man when he does not condemn terrorist atrocities. Why not condemn them, then explain about the occupation and oppression of Palestinians. Even people like me who sympathise, cannot accept the slaughter of unarmed men, women and children. The worst thing about this is that Hamas has given Israel the green light to ethnically cleanse Gaza, which is what I believe will happen. And kudos to the interviewer for conducting this interview and fighting back against an aggressive interviewee.
