“If You Won't Answer My Question, We’ll Give Up” Julia Hartley-Brewer Clashes With Palestinian Envoy

- Britain is urging Israel to restore the supply of water to Gaza as Downing Street refuses to say whether the ally is complying with international law during its siege.
Rishi Sunak’s spokesman said on Tuesday that water is a key issue in UK efforts to “relieve the unfolding humanitarian issues” facing Palestinians.
The official said that talks are ongoing with Israel as the UK is “keen to see water restored”, while fuel, food and medicine is also being prevented from entering the territory.
Former Palestinian envoy Manuel Hassassian tells TalkTV’s Julia Hartley-Brewer that thinks a “proportionate response” from Israel would be: “Killing the entire 2.2 million people, because this is what Israel is doing.”
Julia Hartley-Brewer: "Would you invite Hamas to tea? What are you suggesting?"

Give me a break. How do prisoners get so many rockets?
And hospitals, university… etc etc…
Very expensive one considering the amount of international financial aid to Palestine throughout the years.
The Egyptian border has been open for at least 10 years so palistinans are not prisoners what they hate is Israel have put up blockades to stop palistinans entering Israel to kill Jews ,so there are check points.egypt have now closed their border to Gaza/ palistine because of the Hamas attack on Israel,so it's Egypt who have put them in prison not Israel.
No only that. Look at the individual combat equipment they are sporting...They all carry between 1000 and 2000 dollars in military gear. Not old and worn stuff but prime quality killing equipment.

Because they all support what Hamas did.
Yeah, kinda, Piers Morgan interviewed some Oxford educated dude who started the interview by saying how appalled he was at the apparent behavior of those Hamas asswipes, of course he quickly continued that he was also appalled by the mounting death toll on the Gaza side, which I guess I mostly agree with, however my problem is just how "innocent" is the average Palestinian living in Gaza, I'd like to think the vast majority are civil folk, but those images of men and adolescents swarming the returning pickups with the Hamastards so they could beat or in some way devile the poor souls lying on the back of the truck made my blood boil.

A little more history for those wanting to 'restore Palestine'.
In 132 AD the Emperor Hadrian resolved to stamp the Jews and their religion out of existence. He sold all Jewish prisoners into slavery after the revolt of Bar Kikhba, forbade the teaching of the Torah, renamed the province Syria Palaestina, and changed Jerusalem’s name to Aelia Capitolina. He renamed Israel to wipe out the national identity of Israel and the Jews.
So if you are looking to 'restore Palestine to the Palestinians', you need to give it back to the Jews.

Israel has offered Arabs the possibility of State in the 2006 Peace Proposal where Israel would remove settlers from Arab territories, just as it did in Gaza in 2005 and Sinai in 1982. People insist on talking about settlers as permanent issues when in reality Israel has removed settlers from territories whenever peace was at stake. Apart from that, they offered Arabs a corridor connecting the Gaza Strip to the West Bank.
India does not give Bangladesh a corridor to connect the enclave of Dahagram-Angarpota. Azerbaijan does not give Armenia a corridor to Artsvashen. Germany does not give Austria a corridor to connect to Jungholtz. Congo does not offer a corridor to Angola's enclave of Cabinda. Servia does not offer a corridor to Bosnia and Herzegovina's enclave of Medurecje. Nicaragua does not offer a corridor to Colombia's enclave of Quintasueno. Mozambique does not offer a corridor for Malawi to connect to its enclave of Likoma Island and Chizumulu Island. Papua New Guinea does not offer a corridor to Australia's enclave of Torres Straight Island. In reality, no country, apart from Israel, ever offered a neighbour a corridor to connect an enclave. Nevertheless, for the Arabs, Israel's offer was not enough. The proposal was rejected because Arabs did not want to accept the Arabs in Israel into their territories, despite Israel accepting back any Israelis from Arab territories.
Up until today, the Palestinian Arabs have not put forward their own proposal of Peace with a Two State Solution...But they have criticised every single proposal the Israelis made. I think, at one point, we have to start thinking that Arab political elites are not really interested in Peace and Prosperity and free elections (which have not occurred in Gaza or West Bank since 2005). A Palestinian State would mean free elections and the end of both Hamas and Mahmoud Abbas.

There is no basis in international law to acknowledge a countries 'right to exist'. Countries simply come and go.

Hamas is using the Palestinian people as a shield .
They should be condeming hamas for what they do to them.

So you agree with every action of your government? Every government that's been in power had your vote?
On the main Hamas policy of murdering Jews , most Gazans are in agreement with their government and must now face the consequences .

Same here. I worked with and really with rich Muslim businessman and westernised Muslims but once you get on this topic they are all the same. Avoid taking religion and all will be ok, but scratch beneath the surface and to a man they are all dangerous extremists.
They seem to have no moral compass at all. They have rejected Judeo-Christian ethics in favour of a warped ideology in which those in power have no desire to help anyone except themselves. Twisted mind he got. Twisted reasoning.

President abu Mazen accepted that and he has and still defending the security of Israel but unfortunately the stupid radical government represented by Netanyahu refused and continued on building new settlements on the occupied territories meaning they don't care about having a state for the Palestinian.
Its a broken record, Only way this will end is if the people rise up and remove Hamas from power and allow Israel to remove weapons from the area.

True what they are seeing they indeed invited it.
From what I gather, he seems to say that Hamas's animalistic rampage was a natural answer to decades of Israeli oppression, but Israel is not allowed to answer to decades of terrorism. @@SamS-uv2qlThat's an over simplification. The history is very complex and its possible to see for most of those 75 years the reasons why Israel did what they did and same goes for the Palestinians. It's not clear cut at all. Yes the Isralies have committed war crimes but so have Hamas and the reason for this is that Israel is ruthlessly shall we say trying to survive and Hamas want to wipe Israel off the face of the earth.
