What a great video. I did my first wedding yesterday as a second shooter and it went great . I love your style in these videos and I can relate to so much you say and the tips you give will really help people. Thank you. Keep up the awesome work. I’ve subscribed. 🎉
What a lovely venue! Last wedding was a literal last minute save the bride job at a registry office. Next door to a Wetherspoons - let's say the groups dispersed very quickly afterwards!
Just stumbled across this video and your channel- brilliantly helpful video and amazing images throughout. Love your processing, both subtle colour and the mono - any pointers on presets? Thanks
Awesome, thank you! Find a preset and try and stick to it haha. I do small modifications now to mine each year if needed. Nothing drastic or you have to re edit your entire portfolio haha
Absolutely love these behind the wedding videos (I'm Northumberland based so super interesting to see some venues I've not worked yet (although you've ruined Charlton Hall for me 😂). Would love to see a video on how you prioritise where to be and when, when you're solo shooting.
Hey. Honestly charlton hall is a nice venue but you just need to handle the light situations, im comfortable tackling any lighting situation. There will always be curve balls at weddings, its the nature of them, its having the confidence and knowledge to tackle anything and you’ll never feel worried as you back yourself in any situation. You’re always going to get a cleaner image of a bride at a table when there isnt a spot light right above her head but you just have to work with what your giving on the day.
Another great video, would there be any chance of you showing what Camera/Flash Kit is in your bag for an all day wedding, I think here would be interest in what and how much you take. Thanks again for the content, keep it up 👍
