In this video we repaired a DeWALT finish nailer that was leaking air from the trigger area. This was a D51275 model, but hopefully this fix helps with other nailers. Enjoy!
Sorry to hear that! This gun wouldn't shoot a nail when the trigger was pulled, it just puffed air from the trigger area. We were lucky that a new valve fixed it. FWIW, when our Paslode framing nailer stopped firing, we had to install a full O-ring kit to get it working again. Not sure that helps, but hopefully you find the fix! Best of luck!
replaced my trigger valve and it still leaks. also tried the teflon tapefix and still leaks. any suggestions?
