  • Hello All, and welcome to The Bearded Woodworker. In this episode, I will show you how to replace the trigger on a DeWALT D51850 Framing Nailer. If your Nailer is leaking or hissing when you squeeze the trigger, try this easy cheap fix. You do have to order the part. I got my on Amazon here: amzn.to/3EleXq1

    Thank you for posting this! I just replaced the same part in my DeWalt nailer and it fixed it.

    Great video. I have a Hitachi NR 83A and it's a little different but not a lot. A lot the same

      It was so crazy to think that the nailer didn't work at all with the air escaping from the trigger. I thought maybe a loss of power, but nothing....it was so frustrating. Hope yours is an easy fix too?

    There is a small o ring in the trigger assembly, that is very hard to replace.
