Whenever I try, it becomes a mess. But if we do it regularly enjoying the work, rotis come very nicely. Still, I have problem of atta sticking to my fingers. I also notice the suface used to roll rotis also plays a very important role and it has to be dry.

Looks quite easy . Let me try and see. I tried this but atta became sticky and had to add more flour to get it set properly. The next time i used slightly less water and it turned out much better.
