Besan dalane ke bajay, aadha cup chano ko mesh kar ke dalane se swad bhi badhiya ho jata hai aur consistency bhi achchhi hoti hai. Besan hi dalana hai to phir kadhi bana kar uss me chane daal do.🤣

What you have made is UP style kahri without pakora. Why didn't you add the beans directly to dahi instead going thru xn extra step to mix it with channa. You can simplify this receipe without going thru all those extra steps. From USA

You can let it stay for 15 to 20 min andcan check it after that it get crushed simply or not( from the tip of your fingers)
