Also I made burnt garlic fried rice with paneer in soy basil sauce for dinner. That too turned out to b super amazing. Your recepies never fail. Thanks. Will definitely try this recepie.
Sanjyot ji I would like to share my experience, I made this recipe few days ago and it was delicious, I froze the extra ‘tari’ or broth for later use. I followed your recipe and made a dal using horsegram ( kulti) and little masoor dal and used the leftover broth, it was delicious and we ate it with thaalipeeth ( your recipe), a tasty , satisfying and healthy meal. Next time I will use pigeon peas ( whole tuvar with skin) and lentils ( whole masoor) and these are easily available in American supermarkets. As I use instant pot, after cooking I turn on slow cooking mode and dals taste great. Thank you Sanjyot ji🙏🏼🙏🏼
