I was planning on moving to Business Park but the more I see of Mactan Newtown the more I think Mactan is a better fit with the beaches. My question to you is my plan was to get an AirB&B for 2 weeks while looking for an Condo. Is 2 weeks to long? Also can I go to a property and ask if they have units available or will I need to look on-line and set up an appointment? Thank You
1 week is enough is to find a condo in mactan newtown, just go to welcome desk where there is the concierge or the guards, ask for them to visit some condos, they will call someone to show you the units available, it's what we did.

One month deposit and one month advance for a contract of 6 months 😊
