Hello. Could you do a video on how to utilize AI to help with FAR/DFAR contracting? Ive been using ChatGpt as a virtual assistant to ask questions, bounce ideas around. Or what clause to reference for any request. Love it and would love your insight.
I love your videos, but can you please tell me how to find Purchase Card Holders? I am not having success with the OSDBU.
Have you tried the other people I mention in this video: ruclips.net/video/shYhSEvKVf0/видео.html
Is it legal to send a freelance proposal writer info to write the contractor?
Great video !!! Would you recommend looking at the previous contract or the contractor that had the contract? This is why I offer services the government does NOT have yet, this guarantees a YES from the government. My company offers maritime surveillance services to a number of government agencies.
Thanks, yes, I definitely recommend looking up the current contract when targeting a rebid. That provides valuable information about the approximate size of the contract. Congratulations on your success!
@@FedAccesswhere exactly could you relook up prior bid awards ? Is there a website for that?
This video walks you through how to use the website: ruclips.net/video/_tbgSFpIzas/видео.html
@@jamesanderson9662 The website I use is FPDS.gov. It is tricky to use, so watch my tutorial here: ruclips.net/video/_tbgSFpIzas/видео.html
@@jamesanderson9662fpds.gov and governmentspend.gov
I've heard a few people say that you don't need a website in order to become a government contractor. What would you recommend?
I would recommend you put up a website to build your business's credibility. At the same time, i would recommend you get a business email address (rather than use something like @gmail.com). But, the website doesn't have to be fancy. These days there are lots of free and low cost tools that do a great job.
@@FedAccess Thanks for your advice.
HI, I have a question. Obviously, I'm new at this, so please forgive my ignorance.
I've learned that the army is accepting proposals for commercial space lease near my area, and I believe my space is suitable for their needs. I checked the publication at Sam .gov, but the only thing stopping me is that they are also asking for a "Construction Bid" So my ? Is… Are they expecting a complete quote process for a very complicated construction project in less than 20 days? As a building owner, how can I accomplish that?
As you know, leasing is different from construction, so it sounds like you need more information. If you don't already have a contact in the agency, try reaching out to the Small Business Specialist and ask for their help. Good luck!
Thanks @@FedAccess I have study the whole solicitation . In order for the to lease they need certain modifications to the property. My question is WHY are they putting both of them together instead of separating them so a contractor can bid on it? the solicitation is :Notice ID.
