Thats bevause we got the post-nerf 1.11 av in classic. I personally would have prefered at least the 1.10 version. More npcs and alot more guards, more hitpoints on npcs, stronger factionbuffs and the ultimate turtle strategy (Armor scraps to buff each of the units on raidboss level).
@@Ras548 the difficulty of classic seems to be last patch before tbc, i mean all content up to now is easy and not because people know how to play, we do more dps than to original MC Onyxia. And in av it was nearly impossible to kill the boss without tapping towers. I must say im a bit disappointed how it is. I played on private server before classic and its very different imo

This is strange because my experience the alliance try to avoid a fight with horde in the middle and the horde basically just try to trap the majority on choke and then alliance will summon druids and push us back until we kill them then we push them back and eventually just take everything and win, the only thing I experience with this is the Afkers I am EU but when we get Russians they wait for us and fight and it’s usually 50/50
That boss sequence, I almost broke a mouse because of this, he was left with less than 4%hp, the mage got targeted, the tanks didn't do anything the mage flee the combat zone and the boss end up regen all hp. Good job man good job.

Yeah, Horde's biggest problem in battlegrounds has always been that lone wolf mentality that leads to people not wanting to group up or use supportive specs.

Well some basic technical skill, but you acquire that naturally when leveling. Anyway, just wanted to say that it’s not horde sucks or alliance sucks… unlless the comment section is straight up RP
The old old AV was the most fun PVP I ever had in WoW, true story. Crazy shit, battles could last days, I think I racked up 1000 kills from a single battle once that just refused to end. The whole battlefield was littered with skeletons.
Big departure from vanilla WoW there. AV was war of attrition back in the day. I played for hours trying to take and hold Stonehearth bunker, then logged out for the night. When I logged in the next morning I hopped back INTO THE EXACT SAME AV I left the night before... and I went right back to trying to take and hold Stonehearth bunker.
Amazing...just missed that you enter an AV that had been going on for 9 hrs and you go to bed and log back in in the morning and the same one is still going on, lol.

Cause we've been doing M+ Raids and actual challenging raids for the last 15 years. It's not "NeRfEd PvE cOnTeNt" it's just easy for us now. One mechanic bosses.. oohhhh.
I played on a relatively small server during Vanilla WoW and there often weren't even enough people q'd to even open an AV. When one finally popped I'd get frantic whispers to join, then both Alliance & Horde were so happy to be inside that matches sometimes lasted 1+ hours... Oh how times have changed.
I remember back when I played in classic. Warsong Glutch was usually won by Horde, Alliance usually won Arathi Basin and both were fairly even in Alterac Valley, but hardly anyone fought each other in Alterac Valley. I was the PvE players PvP map.
