Virtual Keyboard ( Screen Keyboard ) use kerna hai, Go to start and then select settings - Ease of Access - Keyboard and the turn on the toggle under Use the On Screen Keyboard

Nhi aaysa to nhi hona chahiye sabi Laptops or Desktop per chalna chahiye...maybe kuch hardware fault ho sakta hai keyboard ke ander...agar apke pass dusra koi Computer hai to waha lagaker dekh lo ek bar keyboard...

Ek bar aap laptop ko Safe mode main boot ker lo uske bad device Manager main jaker Mouse or Keyboard ke driver update ker lo .. problem fix ho jayega
